The Beauty & Brow Parlour Macarthur Square

Just plain rude, went there today. Stood in the door and the lady chose to ignore me, walked in further and asked for a eyebrow wax and tint. The girl there was rude and was like well I’m doing this, can you wait x amount of time but it was the attitude and the tone that put me off. Just plain rude! It appears some customers are more valued than others. I’ve been here before but I’ll never be back again. Just plain rude.

I went to the MacArthur square beauty parlour at 5:40 on the 2nd of February. I was appalled by the service I received. Safe to say I left the shop crying. The elder lady who did my eyebrows did not ask if I liked them, didn’t know my shape. Safe to say I think she was very inexperienced. After I explicitly told her not to cut my eyebrows she proceeded to try. My eyebrows are the most thinnest I have ever seen them and I have had to buy growth serum to try and encourage to get them back. The lady she worked with was very lovely and told me she would help fix them after they grow back. She also told and educated the other girl she did them completely wrong. I cannot explain the feeling of leaving a parlour and your self esteem has been completely obliterated from the lack of education and experience this women has. I have been left to fill in my eyes brows everyday because of this. I will never forget this experience and honestly if I didn’t feel so embarrassed I’d post a picture before and after.

I use to go Beauty and Brows Macarthur Square and Campbelltown Monthly. Last week, I have had good experience with Navdeep. She did my eyebrows. I liked the shape of my eyebrows and didn't feel any pain.thanks

The worst service ever.The girl is so rude.I have been there before and at that time they mentioned for big services I need to book an appointment with them but when I called them today for the waxing and threading appointment, they mentioned I need to walk in and that no further appointment is required. When I was there they did half of the service and then said oh it’s too busy & can’t do the rest of the service today.Plus it’s too expensive as well just for the face and hand waxing(which I didn't ask for, I thought it was the part of full-arm waxing which she will cover later on. When I asked about arm waxing “She mentioned, you can see how busy we are, for the rest of the service, you can come tomorrow or next week.Plus, She hasn't done a very good job and ripped me off with $60. I am regretting now that why even been there and wasted my money.

Do not go here. Attended with my mother today to get her eyebrows tinted and waxed/threaded. My mother states how painful the experience was, more than usual, and how her eyebrows were still stinging long after the service. The woman wasn’t super friendly/polite, although I wouldn’t say rude. Tint was sloppy - with blotches on the side of the face where the dye has stained the skin and wasn’t wiped. One eyebrow looks good - the other not at all. They do not match. They say eyebrows are sisters, not twins. Well these eyebrows aren’t even distant relatives. Will never be returning.

Got ripped off she charged me $15 without tinting just threading my eyebrows when the price on the board says $10. Bad service and she threaded more off one eyebrow than the other. Never going here again. She also charged my mum the same amount when I saw her just going around the same areas that didn't have any hair to thread off. She stated my eyebrows were too hairy and she had to map it and reshape them which she clearly did not do. There were still hairs she missed. Honestly not worth going to.

Previous time had great experience doing eyebrow threading. So I tried Full face threading and Back waxing this time. The threading was fine but staff seem a bit inexperienced for the waxing as she forgot to wipe off the excess wax which left my back hair sticky after the treatment. Tho she offered to help after I mentioned to her when I pay.And the pricing is confused as well. Initially I asked if full face threading includes eyebrow she said yes. But I was overcharged 110 for full face threading (35 on price list) and full back/w a bit of neck waxing (60 on price list)?

I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this salon. Firstly, I was charged a higher price than what was listed on the website. Secondly, the waxer made inappropriate, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary comments about my body during the service. In the end the results were below average, there were still hairs left and wax residue on my skin when I left the salon.

Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with Deepali . The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant.

Went for eyebrow and lip threading. I've had some experiences but usually the person admits they are new or in training. The lady here is absolutely confident she is competent - while being the most painful threading experience I have had in my 6 years of monthly threading.Not worth it, just get a wax from somewhere else.Macarthur store, 15:50 on 15/06.Only one worker, the other had just left" apparently."
