The best ever display (for men only ) timepieces and jewellery that make a statement.Ladies latest watches and jewellery designs at great price points l noticed .Best of all children's silver enamel jewellery range 0 to 12 years and my lst Diamond pendant being so cute .Very helpful .

Went above and beyond for the sale of my gulfmaster g shock. Staff were extremely flexible and really helpful. I would highly recommend.

Good evening! I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I was in receiving my little package today, and so quickly! I'd ordered 2 extra small Engelsrufer sound balls in black & red. They fit beautifully into my pendant, that I'd bought from So Silver a couple of years ago.I will definitely be a return purchaser! Well done & thank you very much!!

Worst customer service I've had in years. Shop assistant was on the phone for 5 minutes after I walked in and didn't even aknowledge I was in the store. Then the help I was provided with was basically non existent. Was told I couldn't try anything on so it would have been guesswork at best in making a purchase, and they couldn't even be bothered to help with finding the correct size of the product I intended to buy. I would put zero stars if there was an option, never felt less welcomed in a store. Lost a sale, I went elsewhere.

Ordered a men's bracelet online and when I got it found it was a size too small.Same as Sandy has said, my email was very quickly replied to, apologising they were out of that particular one, but linked several other similar ones.The one I ended up with I actually like more anyway!Nothing but good things to say about this store; Highly recommend.Thanks Paul!

Rude and ignorant, walked off and went elsewhere

I ordered some jewellery online a while back. When they are arrived, the earrings did not suit me at all and I felt the chain was too long, so I e-mailed and asked if I could return/exchange.The person I spoke to was extremely kind and helpful. They promptly e-mailed me back and I returned the items. A week later I was contacted and through e-mails was recommended some earrings that thought would suit me, which then were specially ordered in for me! It has taken a while for the items to arrive, but I wasn't in a rush for them anyway. They were quite expensive items, so I was more than happy to wait. I was kept updated and they really went the extra mile to help me.This shop/website will be the first place I go to for jewellery from now on for my kids/family/friends and myself. They are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend! Thanks again for helping me out :)
