Panorama Patios

This is the second time I have used Panorama Patios. Trying to find another quote for opening sunroofs proved impossible, however, I had no qualms in booking in Panorama Patios again for the sunroof and a craft room.Despite a couple of delays due to weather and supplier error, the work was completed in a timely manner and you cannot fault the workmanship. The detailed talk during the quotation stage leaves you confident that you have booked the right builder. You will then be in communication throughout and they are very approachable, friendly, and professional.On top of that, John Watson and his colleague Steve have been as honest as the day is long with me and I could trust them with my house if I needed to go out. I heartily recommend Panorama Patios.

I had Panorama Patios install a deck at my home and whist they are big on promises the delivery was very poor. The Subbie they used used his 15 year old son to do a lot of the digging which surprised me but the big disappointment was the attitude after the job was finished. Whilst he was cordial before the job and during when I explained he had put the wrong translucent skylights in he became very angry and refused to do anything about it. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. A company lives and dies on its customer service and I assure you based on my experience he wont last long.

John and his team are great to deal with.2yrs later i still love what they produced. The negative review isnt them,that guy got the wrong page. Others told me what i wanted. They built what i wanted

Had John out to about 3 years ago, to give us some help on design, advice on materials and finishes. He was really helpful with loads of info and photos of other work his team had done. He came back to me a couple of days later with drawings, plans and samples of timber and composite decking, and have us ideas of how he thought a custom style hand rail/ balustrade should look as well as pricing. I can only say that the finished article is just so good and all of the original structure and the ugly round concrete tank have just disappeared.The job was left tidy each day, and all the structures and deck framing was just so neatly built and no cutting corners or lack of footing size.The 2) opening Stratco Sunroofs down the side and the Stratco Pavilion look and work so well.After they finished we had Panorama renovate the front suspended patio and hand rail, with Aluabomd clad posts, to match the rear that they had just finished. Although I was thinking it would be a bit of a challenge, John and Steve just worked it out and did the work. All done right the first time and nothing left unfinished. It is all about the job with the team.John’s pricing is not cheap, but you can see where the money goes. These blokes just know what has to be done.I would recommend Panorama Patios to do any external living areas. They are easy to have around and respectful, with nothing being to much trouble.
