Taylor’s Removals are incredibly helpful, reliable, professional, nothing is too much trouble. Taylor’s recently helped our department to merge offices and the move itself was not straight forward and the team on the day were beyond excellent. There were many tweaks to the initial plans on the day and items were of great difficulty and variety and each item was handled with a lot of care. The team were willing to help troubleshoot where needed and assisted greatly with ensuring the move was completed in a very timely manner. Instead of taking all day the office move was completed within only a few hours including a run to the local tip. I cannot thank Taylor’s enough for their professionalism and support on move day we look forward to using them again.

Susan and I have used Taylor's Removals for the 3rd time in 6 years. Again this time , Lee, Jacob and Simon they worked tirelessly as they went about shifting us as though it was their own. The boys worked in a very professional and caring manner. Charlie and Susan Uebergang.

Used Taylor’s to move from Hampton to Toowoomba. They arrived early, were courteous and polite and quick. All my items were treated with the utmost care. When we arrived at the new place they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything where we wanted it and no damage to the house or property. I can not recommend them enough. Good on you Bart, Lee and Aaron.

Bart & his team made my move from a rental property to storage then to my new home, absolutely hassle free. My delivery date from storage to my new home changed a number of times with delays with my new house being finished. Bart was more than accommodating. Every member of the team that I have dealt with has been so helpful and professional. All of my belongings were always handled with care. I am so appreciative of the help I received from Bart and his team during a very full on time. Thank you so much!! :)

What a wonderful experience! From the lovely ladies on reception with their warm personable service , to boys doing the heavy lifting and moving. Everyone that we dealt with were so helpful and a joy to interact with. I can't recommend them enough! Moving sucks! I got Taylor’s to help me move from one side of Toowoomba to the other last week.Peter and Bart attended, and despite them not being the usual removal guys, they were great! Arrived on time, moved everything out of the old house quickly and very carefully, and into the new house the same way. Very professional, very friendly and very good service.And to top it all off, that pair are hilarious! I didn’t stop laughing the whole time they were working with me. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough :)

I highly recommend Taylor's Removals, as the staff from the office to the removal team are very professional, very helpful and really go out of their way to make the whole move a positive experience. The removal team were really careful with my gear loading and unloading, very friendly and great to deal with. Even though I stuffed up, they still went out of their way to help me resolve my mistake and left me with the feeling that I made the right choice in choosing them to make my move out west. Great job everyone and see you next time I have to move.

Contracted packing and removal, possibly one of the worst I’ve experienced so far. Highly unprofessional from start to finish. Was phoned by the company and asked to extend the number of days for removal, despite what had been agreed with third party. Staff were arguing all day about appropriate packing methods, did not take responsibility for damaged goods or house. Constantly left front door open despite having required packing materials inside, therefore a security risk, also set the dog free. Advised staff of original packaging for items, which they said they preferred to use, although they did not use the original packaging, they put empty original packaging on the truck, and instead packed items in other boxes and not with their power cables. If an item has a power cable it would be good if they were packed together, alternatively a specific box just for power cables. Many power cables are now missing. Most boxes labelled as “linen”, spelled incorrectly and most often did not contain “linen”. Many times staff were given information that they asked asked for, but preferred not to listen to my responses and would immediately redirect the same questions to my husband who would give them the exact same response. Staff have zero respect for women. Staff need much better training, communication skills, common sense and intelligence. Having moved at least once a year for 20 years, packing and removing my own things each and every time with no breakages or damage to property, and in less time, this experience was extremely disappointing. If it wasn’t for a third party contract, I wouldn’t have used this company, and certainly wouldn’t choose to use them even without a contract after this experience.
