Sadly my partner and I have had the worst experience with Nord Furniture. We have purchased a chest of drawers that looked very beautiful in the pictures. After our purchase and when we began using the draws we noticed the rails were significantly damaged and the drawers unusable as they collapse very easily due to the rail damage. We were not made aware of this at the time of purchase (even though they admitted to knowledge of this defect and said this is why they were priced cheaper than there other drawers) and so we contacted Nord to see if we could have the drawers repaired or refunded. The response was we could have the drawers repaired at our cost or return them for a full refund. We decided to take the refund option, however we were subsequently told that they have no proof on their system of us purchasing the drawers a as we paid in cash and would therefore not accept a refund. It is very disappointing and unprofessional to offer a refund and then decline it due to poor bookkeeping. We continued to email to get this issue resolved and have not been responded to since. We feel that we have been deceived at the time of purchase and then given the worst possible customer service when we raised the issue. Honesty and integrity is something this business has no concept of...

Due to an incident during transit my chest of drawers arrived damaged. Jarrad went above and beyond to have the chest returned to Melbourne for restoration and redelivered to me interstate at no extra cost. Fantastic service and beautiful item.

We love this place. Amazing range of beautiful furniture.
