Johnny's Furniture Virginia

I have purchased a coffee table on 2nd of June, and I was advised that my order should be ready by the end of June. I needed a new coffee table soon and waited for a month. I called the store for an update with an estimated order pick up date. I was told that it was pushed further to 2nd week of July instead of at the end of June. The business hasn't contacted me to advise me of a new updated pick up date until I had contacted them first. 2 weeks later, I contacted the business again to confirm the estimated date again on July and I was advised the item won't be ready for a pick up until October, that is 4 months further away. Again, the business never advised me of a new pick up date until I contacted them first. While I understand some stocks can be delayed, there was no proper communication and expecting me to wait for another 4 months (total 5 months of waiting period) when I already waited for the whole month for it is such a dissapointment. I have no idea why the item is being displayed and being sold for sale when there isn't a certain date of the stock arrival. They have a poor communication and service. I am not happy how this business wasted my time. Furthermore, I have never received a refund either, and I am the one consntatly chasing after with the business for a refund process with no response at all. I will dispute further with authorities if there is no refund. I will not go back to this furniture shop again or recommend.
