TLFC held our deposit for a new build development which subsequently fell through. We experienced significant stress around return of the deposit due to a protracted process and poor level of communication.

They quickly got across the legal merits of my matter and provided advice on how to proceed strategically. We had a particular outcome in mind and once this was set the team got to work with running a legal process to get the other side to come to the negotiating table prepared. The strategy worked and I am very happy with the outcome. Used Rob Savage. Presented statement of claim to VCAT and myself and not the other side. They tried yo have the case struck out for late Statement of claim with gosts awarded against myself the applicant. Disgraceful
