Coles Mosman Park

Here is a case of deceptive display where I landed up paying $22 instead of $11 for the product on special.At the end of aisles there are products on special. On the middle shelf of end aisle special shelf, at Mosman Park WA 6012 on 31 Mar 2021 , there were OMO products displayed which were all on special - except one. See attached photo.(The Ultimate Sensitive Omo with the gold coloured label).The (full priced) Ultimate Sensitive Omo is placed on the special shelf, with no separate price tag. It was not on special but placed on the special shelf WITHOUT a price tag, next to the very similar but different products on special .I think this was intended to sell products at full price to customers who would think it being on the specials shelf, next to very similarly labelled product, but WITHOUT a separate price tag, believing it was on special .I was thus charged $22 full price and consider this practice very underhand and deceptive.BEWARE OF THIS MISLEADING PLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS ON THE SPECIALS SHELFIn addition to their review I outlined my experience on the Coles website and requested a reply which they suggest might take a few working daysUPDATE: 28 April 2021 - no response received yet 28 days after submitting.I guess this event is not on their radar.

This is a B-size store, and nicely laid out. It’s fun. They also had some crazy bargains after Christmas, which I loved. Purple Sweet Potatoes $1/Kg?? And who else has a see-through serve-yourself Macaron Variety Bar, 10 for $10?

The transition to the coles local is a total mess. It’s already several months of this ! Do you have any real manager ??? Turn on your brain! Even it’s less convenient but I would rather drive to Woolworth, at least you can buy bread there!

I come to this Coles frequently as it is closed to my place. But it quite bothers me with their overcharging.Just happened again now, the frozen prawns on ticketed shelf price was $12 per bag, and the whole fridge displayed the price $12. However after scanning it charged $13.5. Immediately informing their staff, they responded that the product did display correct price $13.5 in other fridge, so it was not scanning incorrectly, just they put the wrong shelf price; and we should have read carefully as the bag we grabbed was with extra" printed on the bag which was different with the ticketed shelf price. So you should have pay $13.5 if you still wanted it.It was my 2nd time happened in these 3 months at this Coles. Although it is just $1.5 difference

Terrible service, deli closes early, no sign to say closed, miserable staff. Never any eggs or toilet paper,sh*t fresh produce. I'll be going to Woolies at the Grove much nicer to shop there.

You messed up my wife's delivery again. Enough to bring her to tears. She is a breast feeding mother and doesn't need this extra stress. You gave us someone else's order. We got fruit which was not ordered and no meat which was ordered. $100 back on a $400 order is not good enough considering $250 of the order was meat. You have ripped is off for the last time. Fantastic Coles. A great selection of items and groceries. Fresh deli and seafood available.Huge variety of cat and dog food.I can't fault this store. Must have a really good stock manager and store manager. No empty spots on shelves. Im never disappointed visiting Mosman Park Coles.Super clean store and really well presented. The lady on duty today on the Self Serve checkout was super friendly and helpful.Carpark nice and close to entrance. Saves your back.

This store is changing into a Coles Local which is really disappointing. The range has reduced significantly. There is no longer a deli or bakery. Everything is pre-packaged. The aisles are narrow. There are now very few staff members.I won't be doing my daily/weekly shops here anymore but will be supporting the competition with the majority of the locals that I have spoken to.
