I posted a glowing review last week but then I discovered a panel had not been replaced properly and radiator fluid leaking into the passenger footwell. I took the car back but the manager George didn’t want to know about it. He dismissed me and told me to talk to the mechanic who ended up glueing tue panel rather than ordering the part required. He offered no help with the leak. These guys are great when it goes well but play dumb when it doesn’t. I’d probably not use them again.

George and his team were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and they took great care of my vehicle. Their prices are competitive and fair in my opinion. I would recommend them based on my experience.

I had a puncture on the way to pick up my son from school. It was closing time at 5.30pm. The boys were tidying up when I walked in. They understood the urgency of my situation, dropped everything and proceeded to help repair my tyre. It would have been easy for them to say sorry we are closed!! Cannot fault the care and attention I was given and the professional way in which the team dealt with me. Highly recommend.

I reached out over email and requested a repair quote for my car, or for an appointment to assess damage on my car. I received a kind, helpful response from a staff member called John advising me that Ultra Tune may not be the appropriate service for me. I followed up requesting any recommendations for appropriate services in the area and got a one line response from someone saying “google it”. While I appreciate how busy any individual may be at work and take complete responsibility for my own research and investigation, this tone and comment is completely uncalled for and poor customer service. It does not inspire any trust or confidence in the business and as such I am unlikely to ever reach out again. I would not have expected a lengthy response and would have graciously accepted no recommendations at all if I was treated with respect and curtesy.

Hass and the team went above and beyond to help me when I randomly drove in unplanned one day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it same day, plus fixed my number plate that was loose! Reasonably charged and great service. Thanks guys!

Nothing but trouble and most unhelpful staff I’ve ever experienced. Please do your research on other companies before taking your car here.I took my car here to get my air conditioner repaired. I explained the problems I was experiencing and was assured that it could be fixed. Initially I was shocked at the $1000 bill to fix the issue but I was happy to pay this for my air conditioner to be working.Once I received my car back, I thought the air conditioning was working quite okay.. until 3 days later and the problems still continued. I emailed the company to organise a time that I could return my vehicle for them to investigate the problems that they missed.I arrived on the day I was booked in for and was told they didn’t have my car booked in and I’d have to come back another day. So that’s what I did. I returned my car the following Monday and then received a call 2 hours later to tell me they would need to go inside my dash to find the issue and there would be a cost for this. I explained that there shouldn’t be a cost as I already paid $1000 for the issue to be fixed and the job wasn’t done correctly.I ended up contacting head office and was told that Kew ultra tune was responsible for diagnosing the issue for free as the initial inspection wasn’t solved correctly.I ended up taking my car back and was again told that they can’t find the problem, it could be one thing but that will cost another $400 and might not fix the issue.There was no apology given for their errors and now I’m down $1000 with a air conditioner that doesn’t work as it should.I was hesitant to write this review as I don’t like shaming businesses but felt this was necessary after the way they have handled the whole situation.
