Very good service. My pants got taller so I had them altered by the friendly young lady at the alteration store near the Kmart mechanics and superclinic. Got them next day fitting me very well. Thank you.

I brought in my red-stained white hoodie, and the man who washed it for me was persistent on trying to get the stains out and didn't stop until he did it successfully! The finish result was beyond amazing and the white hoodie was restored, looking even better than new! I highly recommend this Dry cleaning business for nothing less than a PERFECT job! My worst experience with a dry cleaners, both cleaning and costumer service wise! The man has charged me a lot for a dress, Telling me that’s because they have to wash it 3 times. And when I went to grab the dress (that actually belongs to my friend)it’s not clean yet and it’s still got some obvious shoe prints on it!!! I asked, how I was going to return a borrowed dress like this?! And he is responding: I’m not a magician!! Absolutely disappointed with their service. Not recommended at all.

Endeavour Hills Dry Cleaners is by far the best dry cleaner I have ever used! The customer service is phenomenal, and I am always confident that my items will be treated with care. I have never had an issue with the quality of cleaning, and they rerun my items in such a timely fashion - it’s just fantastic! I recently got married, and had my wedding dress dry cleaned and repaired. My dress was terribly stained and had a few tears! I took it to Endeavour Hill Dry Cleaners to hopefully have some of the stains removed, and repairs done. Let me tell you I was SHOCKED at how wonderful my dress turned out! I did not expect such a wonderful result. This just speaks to the care they take, and I will always feel confident recommending them to my family and friends!! Thank you!! If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I would!!

Really pleased with the service here. I've used this dry cleaner regularly for shirts and bedding but recently also had my wedding suit and wife's wedding dress cleaned.The dress came out fantastic after a garden wedding, it was quite dirty at the bottom with lots of leaves stuck etc.Care and communication was great. The business called me to inspect the dress before they place it in a preservation box.Thanks again!

Always reliable and have garments ready in a timely manner. I took my wedding dress to be dry cleaned and they were able to remove the stains perfectly. Really appreciated being called to inspect it to ensure I was happy. The price was excellent too. Thank you Luke and Amin!

Very disappointed with the service received not only our dresses haven't been cleaned but also facing with poor costumer service. When we asked the old guy why our two dresses not completley cleaned with excessively charge for both dresses he respond you were lucky That I didn't charge triple time with my service. He confirmed that he wasn't able to clean both dresses as they looks exactly the same as before. We asked for refund and he ignored to pay back or any compensation. Not recommended at all.

I was very disappointed by the damage that my coat sustained from the dry cleaning at Endeavour Hills Drycleaners. This was the first time that I had the coat cleaned since its purchase, and it was returned to me with damaged trimming. The trimmings are flaking/ripped, because of damage from Endeavour Hills Drycleaners. After almost a month of back-and-forth correspondence, Endeavour Hills Drycleaners are yet to provide resolution for this situation; they have not even offered a refund to the dry cleaning bill, which I paid on the day. They have said they are unable to repair the coat either, because of the extent of the damage.Many of my clothes are silk or wool pieces, therefore I frequently patron different dry cleaning services. I understand that occasionally, mistakes can occur, but when this has happened at other dry cleaners, it is usual practice that compensation is offered to make up for the damage sustained.If you value your clothing and you don't want it irreparably damaged, I recommend that you avoid Endeavour Hills Drycleaners.***ADDITIONAL COMMENTS***The business owner has written a response to my review. There are parts of the response that are factually incorrect (Calvin Klein did not accept responsibility for the damage to the coat that the dry-cleaning caused).I understand that mistakes happen and that is OK. What I appreciate is when the mistake is acknowledged, and compensation is provided for it. Unfortunately Endeavour Hills Drycleaners have not done this.I hope that future patrons of this business keep in mind the owner’s telling response to my honest feedback in my initial review. I will not be utilising this business again and I recommend that others are cautious when trusting your garments to be dry cleaned here.
