What a wonderful place this is with a clearly devoted following. If you have a dog somewhere in your life, you should pop in and get it a treat. They do everything from your standard dried meat treats to pup cups (yes, healthy doggie drinks) and pup cakes beautifully prepared only to be gobbled without so much as a photo for the google review!

Beautiful presented personalised treats for my fur babies 1st birthday. Professional service with thoughtful emails after the delivery service went awry. Nedda made sure the parcels were delivered in time for Alfie’s party. Outstanding service on her part! Highly recommend!

I just wanted to let you know my partner nearly ran your dog over yesterday. Your dog was ON the road & he didn’t see him as he was driving (he’s so small). Thankfully I did so I got out to guide him off the road. Assumed he belonged to you that’s why I called out. I didn’t want to carry him in case he got spooked but I didn’t want to leave him either. I tried to explain what happened, I thought you’d be relieved. Instead you were very rude to me. I said was I found him on the road to which you rudely responded ‘yeah it’s fine’ and walked off. I was quite taken aback so I left. I have dogs too and I don’t think it’s ever ok to leave dogs on the road?! Such a shame too as I actually came to visit your store. Bizarre.

This place is amazing! The thought behind these amazing treats for our fur babies is to be appreciated. My first order and will not be my last my Bonnie loved her cup cakes so much. I can't believe how amazing they look too. Definitely try you will not be disappointed and your fur baby will love you even more

The customer service I received was poor, when I attended the shop and even the pop up shop in Westfield Geelong, I found the person serving me to be rude, indifferent and bothered by my presence. I believe in supporting small businesses, and make a conscious effort to always buy from local businesses. From this experience I have unfollowed on social media and will never buy from this business again.

Our dogs love the treats from Pure Paws, today the anchovies treats arrived and I can tell these will definitely be a hit with them! X
