Love this Toy store. So much variety. I love that it isn't in the main crowded building but to the side.

Save your money and go elsewhere! Walked in there this morning looking to buy a remote control truck and the girl with the green hair was not even remotely interested in serving. Asking her where they where she replied down the back, instead of showing customer service by taking us there. I had to call out for service and she very begrudgingly made her way to us in an attempt of looking interested in serving. Seriously, in times like this you need all the business you can get, especially when there was no one else in there. Saying that, I rather go where our money is appreciated.

I’ve come here plenty of times to browse for sports cards, staff have usually been friendly and helpful in my previous experiences. This time I was greeted with a new face that wasn’t as helpful. I walked in waiting for service, she eventually come around I asked if I could have a look at one of the Prizm packs, she handed the pack over I asked politely if I could have a look through the box as I’ve been here before and prior staff have had no issue and let me look through the box. She looks at me said “usually we don’t do that here” I said are you sure I’ve been here before and have had no issues. She said “no we don’t” she looked at me as if she was assuming the whole time i would take off with the box she seemed very hesitant from the beginning. I found it quite uncomfortable and rude she was judging me before I even spoke, clearly made up all these bazaar scenarios in her head all I wanted was to pick my golden pack and missed out on a sale!

Children's delight, the best toy store for variety and service. Prices are on par with Kmart. If you can't find a present here then you never will. All in different price ranges. Disability friendly.

Had great service from all the team. Needed help to reach the toy. Great product knowledge from another. Happy smiles and real interest in my daughters birthday gift I bought.

Went to buy an item that clearly advertised $4. each or 3 for ;$10 even though there was more then one there they wouldn't even honour it wanted to charge $14 blamed it on stock take

We only went in to see what kind of range they had on Star Wars Lego, it turns out, very little
