I usually come here all the time but today 4 girls that had no idea what to do, no customer service and no sense of time management, this was extremely frustrating not just for me just everyone else. coffee was served extremely hot with no sugar when I specifically asked for sugar.Lift your game Sundays shouldn't be frustrating.

Jackie and the girls (plus the young man) are amazing. I feel at home ordering, and the service is immaculate. Never waited more then 5 mins for a coffee and the coffee is always so good. Even when the new baristas are learning, it stills has the same taste which I guess is due to Jackie's great training. Keep up the great works guys.

Absolute WORST service I have ever experienced. There were four female staff members standing around, casually chatting. When approaching the counter, none of them were friendly or even greeted me. When being served, they all just stood at the counter in congregation rudely starring at me, making me feel uncomfortable and intimidated. Not to mention the muffin I ordered was barely heated up. I wish I could have given a 0 star rating but it wasn't an option. Embarrassing.

Myself and some family ordered from here on a Sunday, while I understand it's the long weekend the wait time was atrocious for only 3 items and 1 other person waiting. On top of that the food tasted old and was burnt.Edit: I forgot to mention for the 4 staff that were on everyone was just arguing which we could all hear...I'm not sure if there was something stressful going on but it seemed to make people walk away and younger staff member very upset.

Coffee was very weak and burnt tasting. We took it back and quietly commented this to them but they looked at us as if we'd insulted them. Wasn't a good experience.

No sense of acknowledgement when a customer is standing at the counter, There were four staff members standing around, casually chatting and none even bothered to check they were neither busy or any customers waiting..Up your game someone is paying for you to chit chat ..Disappointed

Muffins are huge! Yet pretty tasteless and taste like they are all have the same flavour.Very disappointed as I bought 4 because they look delicious not what I was expected.The only thing I like is the croissant cinnamon muffin.

Attended on 7/11/21 and ordered a latte, toasted ham and cheese sandwich and a chicken wrap. The coffee tasted like warmed up milk. The wrap was that hard that there was only 2 bites taken. When we took it back the male staff member said, yeh I asked you if you wanted it toasted". We kindly explained that if it was fresh it wouldn't matter if it was toasted or not. They couldn't explain if the food was made that day. Not a great experience."

We had an issue with our order and Jackie went over and above to resolve it, this was incredible customer service & I would highly recommend the Albury store.Me and the entire Engine Master team send our Thank You for such a delicious morning tea.
