It is unlawful to force customers to show you a medical certificate for an exemption from wearing a face mask. As clearly states by the Chief Health Officer those with medical exemptions do not require a medical certificate to be carried.

I like shopping at rivers and my experience with the capalaba store today was preciselywhat I expected. Professional, helpful, gave exceptional service. That said, I am increasingly disappointed that what you can buy online, you can rarely get in store. Personally it makes zero sense to me. It's the epitome of poor care at the top level of the business. You pay such high rents, why wouldn't you stock your stores. I only buy things that are certain and from aust stores online, sure, but clothing not a chance! Whilst I purchased today, I'm not happy about not getting the items I found online and needed today.

I just tried to go to this store rushed to make it on time as online said the store closes at 5:30pm I arrived at 4:45pm. The sign out the front advised new trading hours and store now closes at 5pm.So can understand was a little frustrated when I arrive and the store was already closed when I arrived 15 mins before store closure.
