A lovely store with very friendly staff. Make your own peanut butter is huge fun. A great range of coffee beans. Wine which is decent value. It's quite surprising just how big a range of groceries can be served from a smaller store.

Cute store, friendly staff. Shame about the produce quality. Pineapple ($10.95) perfectly ripe but still bitter. Plums sold as black plums were definitely not black.

Lovely staff - so many tempting / delicious vegan choices -Found your store by accident today when I needed biodegradable cutlery for a picnic and the darling girl from Missouri (?) not only grabbed me some from upstairs but I bought some oat mylk chocolate too- this is why Melbourne is one of my fave places in the world

I love Apple and Sage for the staff are friendly. Has the products I require. I love Pepo Farms Pumpkin Seeds (Ovens, Vic) and buy here in bulk section. Pick up my spices here as well. Lots of wonderful healthy goodies. Thank you Apple and Sage.

I've been shopping here since 2016 sometimes almost daily but today 9/3/2023 5.55pm will be my last visit to this store. I've seen the good and bad but I've refrained from posting but today's incident inspired me to write. Just because you're an organic store doesn't mean that you don't need to follow consumers law. If you advertise Full Cream Barambah Organic Milk on the shelf as $6.75 and at the check outs it scans at $6.95, not withstanding Consumers Law, what would a decent person do? No, not this store, no apology, and the attitude was well do you want it or not? No remorse at all. It’s like they think they’re so entitled that they do not need to remedy. “Oh we will change the tags” was their response. I was blown away. I don’t normally check my bill but on this occasion, I just so happen to have one item so it jumps out at me. Save your time and go to Terra Madre in Northcote. I still want to support small businesses so I won’t take this to consumer affairs or ACCC. Try this shenanigan on my mates again and I’ll get a lawyer on to you.

There are a lot of choices for organic foods. A variety of chocolates, honey, nuts, and oats are available. There are good selections of drinks and foods for people with specific diets.It is encouraged to bring your own containers and bags.The place is clean and the staffs are helpful. Will be coming back for sure.

I am new to the area and wandered into this shop for 'a bit of a look'. I now shop there about 3 times a week; obsessed! A beautiful, tasty, thoughtful range of food products along with cleaning and other household needs. All that with real service. Feels like an old fashioned grocery store experience but with very up-to-date produce. Love it.

Bought your diced beef to make a slow cooked casserole with, took lots of effort. I am not a picky eater nor is my family but we all felt something was seriously wrong with the meat. It is UNEDIBLE and I would not even feed this to my dog. It smelt repulsive and tasted repulsive. You have clearly had the meat go off and just frozen it to sell. How dare you this is unacceptable. Maybe you should hire better employees that are going manage MEAT better. Would give 0 stars if I could.
