John Britten and his colleagues at Wilson Britten Morisset have been fantastic with the sale of my investment properties in Cooranbong.I had a great discussion with John prior to listing the properties for sale, and he made good suggestions about what to do prior to listing to ensure I got the best possible price. He dealt really well with the tenants, organised great pictures of the properties, and negotiated with a number of people during the sale process, particularly for the second property which received multiple offers.Thank you, John and Tom, for helping me get a great price for both properties.

Tom was excellent while we were buying our first home.very friendly and helpful. He facilitated great communication between us and the vendor and was very accomodating and flexible when meeting us on site. Tom consistently gave us updates through out the process. While on site, he promptly rectified any concerns we had- such as why is the electricity not turning on and why won’t the garage door open. Overall a very comfortable and satisfying experience for our first time buying a home. Thanks Tom
