The crew at Drake Design have been amazing throughout the process of our project. They listened to our ideas and gave knowledgeable advice. They're up-to-date with the latest trends and features and their design ideas are creative and unique. During the process I have spoken to R/E agents and builders that are familiar with our block and all have praised DD for what they have successfully achieved. It has been a pleasure working with them. If you want a committed team to work with on your project start with these guys. Highly recommended!

My partner and I engaged Drake Design to help us plan a recent renovation that we have just completed.We were a little stuck as our budget was relatively low and no architects were interested in our project whatsoever. Turns out Drake design was perfect for our project, they came up with a realistic plan that we were able to modify easily to fit our budget. Not only that, Jarrett sent me a list of builders that would suit our project. The builder at the top of the list was the builder that completed the project.We navigated all of this throughout the pandemic.It was so refreshing to work with a team that wanted to work with us and see us succeed.Price was great, communication was great, I could not more highly recommend them! Jarrett and Danielle did a marvellous job without signing us up for all the bells and whistles or extra services we did not need.I know who I will be calling for our next project!And now we have a lovely completed renovation, not a dollar over budget!Thanks guys!

Jarret and the team at Drake Design stepped in and gave us great assistance with a building permit issue. Their swift response and accurate work helped to resolve a problem that could have been quite costly to the client. Highly recommend them.
