Coffee was okay, but the pastry I bought was totally disappointing. The pate a Choix was tough and the custard was essentially tasteless (whipped cream was the best part and even that was not so great).At least I've finally learned not to eat something pretty just because i bought it - I ended up chucking most of it into the bin. So disappoint.

Went there today at 3.28pm on 8/5/23.Was bitterly dissapointed that we could not get anything to eat as they CLOSE at 3.30..cabinets were still full of food and website says 4pm close.I am from the mainland and work in retail, I know that our shop does not turn customers away. Thought the lady was joking at first..but sadly NO she wasnt.Left there not a HAPPY CAMPER.

Coffee nice but very slow service.Patrons who stayed in hotel had to arrange own transport when van was sitting opposite, going no where. Not helpful for interstate visitors. School Bus only at 8am available.

Rosevears Bakery is amazing!!! Had the big breakfast and it was definitely big and delicious, the staff were also very warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend

Dry pies that weren't even hot and seemed like they were from the day before (we bought them first thing in the morning). The sweet pastries lacked flavour and were quite poor quality. Extremely generic food. Go elsewhere, make the owners earn your money rather than cashing in on the view.

Outside tables in need of a good clean, not just from the days trade but longer. A bakery with no sauce , midday and out of many pies etc. it’s a shame as the pub and carpark was full however only two other people at the bakery. Great location and view.

There's not a whole lot of reasons to visit the northern suburbs in Tasmania but oh my days, this place is absolutely banging. Best bakery In tassie by a mile.

Stopped for a couple of pies and drink. Don’t bother stopping. Pies are hard and horrible. They need a good pastry chef as repeat business will be hard. Probably thank goodness to the poor tourists as we know they won’t be back like me.
