Toilet Paper Man

I live in Townsville Nth QLD and I ordered 96 rolls of toilet paper for my daughter who couldn't buy any and lives in Melbourne. When I placed the order I was informed that this may take some time to be delivered due to the demand created by the virus. The order was sent to her from Sydney to her doorstep in Melbourne within a week on the day I was advised it would arrive. This company is the BEST . Order #132728

Thank you so much Toilet Paper Man for our loo paper delivery. It has provided 4 families and an elderly neighbour with peace of mind for while. We were down to our last roll with none to be had from the supermarkets for the last 3 weeks. We're very grateful. We had been successfully using this (usually great and reliable) service throughout the pandemic. Recently our favourite “Smooth Malcolm” toilet paper has been out of stock. We tried Clean & Soft (see photo). The sewer has blocked three times as this toilet paper does not dissolve quickly enough. We tried emailing the provider for advice on what toilet paper to switch to, and because we have a box and a half of this unusable toilet paper left which we would like to swap for a product more appropriate to the sewer system at our home. We received no response which is disappointing. Suggest if you have older sewers this may not be the product for you. Sadly about to shift our business elsewhere as unsure what to buy here and don’t want to pay for another plumber call-out.

I read your emails and thought nah I’m not getting a delivery anytime soon...well you came through and I’m so grateful. Believe me a hefty price to pay for loo paper but I’m not good with numbers but more importantly I know my very ill mum won’t have to get up at 6am and haul herself in a queue for a commodity that people have turned into gold. Order says shipped more than 10 days ago but not delivered. They are runing a competition to get bettwr reviews. This may include people that have never ordered from them. Do not believe any good reviews they are trying to win a competition.If you order expect delays fine I was ok with that but they have my money order has supposedly left ans ia in shipping somwhere 10 days is a long time shipping I asked how long delivery would be... no idea... at what point is this not ok...*sad* No TP....waiting over 10 days. A competition to raise ratings is not fair on the true reivews or people beliveing them.

Received the order, appreciated and was kind about the delays. But it was missing something I purchased. I have been following this up for months now with no response, apart from them asking three months ago if I wanted a refund or the product, to which I replied I would like a refund. Have had no further correspondence, no emails or returning of messages. I follow up every few weeks, no response. Terrible service and completely unprofessional. My next stop is consumer affairs based on the principle of not fulfilling the order and then not returning my money. Don't recommend this business at all.Edit: I have been notified that I have received the partial refund the same day that I made this review. I am grateful this has now been actioned, and thank you for your apology. For future customers, it appears that making a public complaint works, but it is disappointing that responses need to be actioned this way and not through a more reasonable process.

Ordered toilet paper 3rd march.My order still says awaiting fulfilment". Still no toilet paper sent to me.Emailed to cancel my order and was told I didn't reply to their email claiming they will send a different quality of paper instead as they run out of their normal one. I did not recieve any email from them regarding this.I asked to just cancel the order since it hasn't been sent yet and still on their "awaiting fulfilment" status as I purchased toilet paper elsewhere.Response I received back was " you have to send toilet paper back to get a refund.". HUH???????MY ORDER HASN'T EVEN LEFT YOUR SHOP YET HOW CAN I RETURN IT FOR A REFUND?!!!!!STILL NO REPLY BACK TO MY EMAIL.NOT SURE IF THIS IS A JOKE OR WHAT?!"

We ordered toilet paper and napkins on the 3rd of March 2020. we totally understand with everything going on there would be a delay in the delivery and we were happy to wait.On the 19th of March I received an email saying our order was cancelled. When questioning why (via text message), I was told we didn't get an answer from you". No idea what they are talking about as we had NO communication other than they were cancelling the order.We have ordered from these guys in the past with no issues

I decided about 3.15pm on Sunday that we should get a bulk supply of toilet paper. I ordered the paper from Toilet Paper Man, then realised that depending on delivery we may not have been in Sydney. I then emailed the team explaining the situation. By 4pm the same Sunday I had received a notice to say the paper had been shipped plus an email from the admin saying they had already contacted the warehouse and my delivery was on the way. Imagine my surprise when I noticed that the paper had been delivered before lunch the very next day!!!All I can say is it was the best experience I have ever had from anyone I have brought things from online. Efficient and super quick.Well done to Barry who was the instigator!Thank you.
