Came here on a Saturday The girl working here looks like she hates life . Insensitive and no customer service, no smiling, poor service overall. An elderly man was in front of me so I let him go first but after that she served 3 people before us. My kids were with me and they felt disrespected, disgusted and asked if they could buy from somewhere else. Bought from a store that I paid more than double price but the kids were happy as they were heard. I would give no stars I could.

Decent selection of sponge, mud and cheesecakes. The baked cheesecakes are actually pretty nice and creamy (the fruit ones I feel are nicer as they are not so rich). The mud cakes and most of the sponge cakes I’ve had from here including the tiramisu, black forest, Swedish chocolate, birthday I find quite dry. IMO the nicest cake from here is the bee sting, it‘s always consistently good (cake sponge and cream compliment well and the cakes always moist). They used to have macarons and vanilla slice but havent seen that for yonks. Also, that coffee machine has always had that sign on it saying it’s broken….. like for years… I’m assuming they just don’t have a barista or anyone that knows how to make coffee). Customer service isnt too bad although I feel there should be a bell or something notifying them when a customer has entered.

Honestly, their cakes are a bit hit and miss. Sometimes delicious, sometimes inedible but the thing that gets me every time is their refusal to write happy birthday on their cakes! You’re a cake shop for God’s sake! Recently they started doing these half arsed pieces of chocolate - generic, impersonal and downright lazy in my opinion. Honestly, charge me 10$ extra I don’t care but do it properly! Your cakes are immortalised in family photos, please have pride in your work!

I’ve come here a few times for last minute cakes now. The cakes are frozen and thawed so they aren’t the best in town. But you can’t go wrong with sugar and for the price you pay (around $25-30 for a whole cake) it’s not too disappointing. They have long open hours so it’s a great place to buy a cake in a rush!

As always, the place was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the price is reasonable. There is a variety of cake choices available, I would highly recommend the Tiramisu Torte, Swedish chocolate cake, and even the Tiramisu cheesecake, though it is a little rich in favour.

Purchased from here a couple of times. Depends on what cake you choose, but every time we purchase a cake without fail they’re really good from mud-torte types. Customer service isn’t great, delay in waiting isn’t great either. But the price you pay for is what you get. So quality is 7/10 and quantity 10/10.

Worth the 25 mins drive. Went with my friend on a Sunday & was treated with the Chocolate Hazelnut Torte for my 40th. If you're a macaron fan you won't be disappointed. My brood also love the original vanilla cheesecake. Best one to date. Highly recommended. Will be back for sure!!!Reasonable & affordable price witg a friendly service for everytime we've visited.

We're not here because what the owners have done,but to write a review about this cake shop.Based on my personal experience, the staff have always been friendly,store has been clean and the cakes are very nice. Of course the cakes will be in the freezer,you don't expect 100s of cakes to be baked in that little store everyday.Seriously, some people spend $25 and they want the red carpet.Edit- This morning I purchased a cake from this store and it tasted like sht. Wow...The first spoon in my mouth and I nearly threw up.

My sister bought sticky date pudding cake for my birthday and the quality was so poor maybe because it wasn’t fresh. The outside of the cake was so hard even after heating it up.

Nice rich creamy baked cheese cake NY Style, Cookie Dough choc chip through out it. Ask them to cut the cake in half for you as it's easier than cutting it your self, it may be a bit frozen, if so, leave out of fridge for 1-2 hours. As the cookie dough mixed throughout the cheese cake & chocolate biscuit crumble at the base will be difficult to slice through, if still frozen. Overall nice & rich creamy cheese cake, very sweet due to uncooked cookie doughs being always sweeter than cooked cookies .Would benefit the cake more if they added more chocolate drizzle over the top & sides, to cover the top of it more .. As Chocolate Fudge helps cuts through the rich sour tangy/cream aspect of the cheese cake..
