Have not picked up the new car yet but since signing the sales agreement the service has gone down hill. Now having many regrets that I went with this dealership. Let the buyer beware.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Matthew Varapodio and David (manager) for their professionalism and for going to all extremes to make sure my daughter got her car before her 18th. They were amazing to deal with, always keeping us updated, we also truly appreciate how they all wanted to be included in the surprise. Great people to deal with I would highly recommend these two to anyone wanting to purchase a car.

Went in on 17/1/23 for repair they did not have the part. after 4 attempts by phone and told someone would call back, no one did. I was pulled over by the police who were very good and strongly suggested the car would be deamed unroadworthy as there is no guarantee the airbags would work.this was 27/2/23. So I rang Ssyang directly, and then suddenly Thompson Motors rang me back 12 hours later to book the car in for the 3/3/23 problem now fixed.Then, to add fuel to the fire they have the nerve to ring and ask for a positive review for what me doing there job. Thompson say they want to build customer for life. They lost one for life. I'll take my car to another dealership for servicing & repairs in the future and will not step foot in side a Thompson dealership again.Worst customer service ever

Purchased 2 brand new vehicles here and they where completely underwhelming experiences. Barely a thanks for your business, car parked out the front and keys handed to me both times.Also, awaiting warranty issues going on over 12 months with 3 different Service Managers" who each time it changes hands has to start the process again.Wouldn't recommend for new vehicle purchase or service of your vehicle either."

Worst experience this far taking my car for a service. The car was booked in for a service after confirming with Thompson the part needed for my car had arrived. I handed my car in at 8 am with a promise it would be ready for pick up at 3pm. I needed it done by 3pm as I had an another appointment booked to get a roadworthy certificate at 5pm. I called them at 12pm to check how it was going and they told me they cannot find the part for my car and that I have to book another service to have that done. They called back and said they found it but the car won’t be done until 4pm. When I arrived at 4pm the car was still not done and they needed another 25min. At 4.30pm they had still not replaced the windscreen wipers which took another 30 min ultimately made me miss my roadworthy appointment. 2 hours later than promised and $2280 late all I got was “sorry”. If you can take your car elsewhere I would highly recommend that!!!

The reviews dont lie, I will never buy another vehicle with Thompson neither will anyone that I know.Bought a brand new Cannon L and after 6 months my Front camera died I asked for the parts to be ordered 6 months gone and i didnt hear from anyone in the mean time i asked for a soft tonal cover to be ordered and here I am after 4 months I find out tonal cover was never ordered and Parts department blames service department . This will be my last car from Thompsons sick of dealing with their horrible customer service.

A GWM part was ordered in Nov/Dec 2022 and after a number of calls the most recent a week ago it was located in Thompson's spare parts warehouse. It may have been there for 1 day or 3 months. I spoke to the service manager Paul who followed up, called me back to keep in touch. He booked me in to have the part fitted within a week & completed 20/4/23. Paul's service has been exemplary & deserves credit for getting the job done.The employee l spoke to prior to Easter told me he would get ba l to me 'in the hour'.He never called back. Paul should be applauded by Thompson's management.
