Very disappointed with recent service from this pharmacy. Filled a script that they didn't have and had to request from another pharmacy. A few days later it came in and Andrew the pharmacist left a message that it had come in and I went in to retrieve. In the meantime my complaint had healed and I didn't need the medicine anymore. I explained this to the pharmacist to see if perhaps I could donate it back. I was prepared to pay the $50 but wanted to ask the question first. Andrew who normally provides very good service and is thorough with explaining medicine turned his back on me and walked away from me. I was stunned, a very unprofessional and dissapointing piece of customer service. I have been a customer for 5 years but no more.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 24 years.. it used to be excellent.. unsure what has changed.. But the last two times I’ve been there I’ve had to wait over 40 minutes for a script.. Very frustrating when you have a child with a disability having to wait too..while 4 separate customers walk in and out with their scripts.. I think I might have to choose another pharmacy… very disappointed

A good and competent pharmacy, but SLOW. We've learned to take the time given to fill the script by at least 2x.We've gone to them for most things over the years because they are convenient, but after dropping a script at 3.30 on a Friday and being told '15 minutes,' I checked back 3 times and finally got it at 4.45.Trustworthy and competent, but I just haven't the time.

Not only are they often very slow, they also refuse to supply you with lifesaving meds, even if it's just for one night, if you are having any issues with your script, even if you've been to them many times. Incredibly unhelpful and uncaring.

I was reading other customer experiences but every time I have visited Kippax Pharmacy I have received a wonderful service. Staff is so friendly, young so still gaining experience and caring. What I like about it when they don't have a product / medication due to shortages, pharmacist always find a solution including contacting my GP. There are times when they are very busy or my GP was busy so they take my number and contact me later after sorting it out. So for me 4 stars at least.

Try to avoid this pharmacy if you want a decent human being to treat you with respect and dignity.As a ex serving Army veteran i was appalled and treated like i was a nothing.I was told i was not a human after trying to reason with the so called Gentleman.It takes alot of energy to be nasty in front of other customers, so it better to be nice and call it a day.

Absolutely BRILLIANT, reliable friendly and professional service.I called five different pharmacies in the lBelconnen area looking for a specific, chewable, multi-vitamin that my surgeon said I needed during my post-operative phase. All the other pharmacists simply said No. We don't have it. Haven't heard of it. Can't help you." This was THE ONLY pharmacy who took interest enough to ask questions about my procedure

Every single time I go here theres been an issue. Firstly they lost" a script. Told me I never gave it to them intill they checked the cameras. No sorry at all.Today I went to get a script and apparently the date on it is wrong. So they will call my dr before they can dispense BUT stated that sorry we're too busy to do it now. So I asked for the other script I gave them. Their reply again

Avoid this Pharmacy, especially the lady there name Sarah.She hung up my call twice, because she could not find my files in their system. She was whispering something to her colleague, I don’t know what they are talking about, she’s kinda don’t know what she’s doing there.She was racist, and she was chewing gum when she speaking. She was really rude. I don’t what kind of breed she is. Please train her well. Help her.

Would give zero if possible! I purchased EXPIRED pregnancy test from them realised three days later and went to return only to be told only 1 person handles returns??? I FINALLY get a call from the very rude retail manager insinuating it was not even purchased at their store ... I've now waited over a week for my refund to no avail... mind you I actually work in a pharmacy myself and know the protocol they are swearing by is completely wrong... I actually work at a much better pharmacy with actual safety procedures in place ... they're just lucky it was only the pregnancy tests that were out of date... God help them if it was the cough medicine I purchased and my unborn baby was harmed! I was hoping to support local pharmacy but now I may just report their failures to the head of the Pharmacy Guild Australia next time Trent Twomey visits my pharmacy with channel 7,9 or 10 to do a report ... this is completely unprofessional and just a miss service to all pharmacies! If anyone wants fast and professional service come visit us at Capital Chemist... only a 10 minute wait for scripts and we ACTUALLY care about our communities health and well-being! I will never again purchase from this horrible pharmacy and only pray I get my money back one day! UPDATE: After over two weeks I finally got a refund. As you can see the owner thinks their staff went above and beyond... they went above and beyond making me feel like a thief... the owner thinks they deserve some sort of medal for DOING THIER JOB?? You deserve a medal as the worst pharmacy is Australia that's what. Also stating that checking that my expectations were not met is an understatement... YES I expect your stock to be in date and your staff to do thier job? Also was blatantly lied to in that the item apparently " had not been sold in months... when it clearly was. And no proof of purchase shouldn't bean issue if you had a system that was able to keep track of your stock and sales.... I gave a date
