Stacey and Lucy manage our Padstow rental property. The entire property management process with Clarke National Realty is of an exceptional standard. The process started with Stacey and Lucy finding the right tenants for our fully renovated property. We wanted to make sure the property was managed well and had good tenants. They achieved this by signing up long term tenants that looked after the property and always paid their rent on time. We received condition reports every 6 months that were always completed accurately. Recently I inspected the property myself and found it to be in the excellent condition when we first starting renting to tenants.
