Came in to buy a specific connector for a battery only to be told it's an extremely rare part" and told in implied language that I was stupid for buying such a battery. I immediately left and went to another place downtown who immediately provided me in hand with that exact part in under a minute."

Kyle is a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful bloke who quickly identified the issues and had me going again. He even opened longer so I could get there on a Saturday. 5 star service.Highly recommended!

Absolutely the best customer service anyone could ask for.Kyle resolved an issue we had with no problem and even went the extra mile to dig deeper for us.If it was anywhere else we probably would have got crickets.Support locals (even though they are a Marshall Battery franchise... they are locally owned) and buy your next battery or battery product from these guys.

Pulled in right on opening and was greeted by James. Asked if he a battery for my Kia and he had a quick look and said yes. Then offered tea and coffee while it took him all of 5 minutes to swap out. Excellent human being and great customer service! If you need a battery or something Marshall Albury can offer then I can’t recommend them highly enough

Dead battery on a Saturday - Ash came out lightning quick and went out of his way to get us fixed up and good to go. Incredible service and a reasonable price - can't find a thing to complain about. Awesome work, guys.
