Very good service, always very nice & know exactly what I'm after everytime I go there & I enjoy seeing them & having a conversation with them cause there very nice people there products are very good & I don't go anywhere else honestly

Customer service was junk. Went in wanting grass seeds and we felt like we were spoken down to.Conversation went:Us: We would like grass seeds.Lady - I sell them in 5kg lots for $65.00 that will do an acre. It's proper pasture mix for your horses, if your after seed for your lawn your better off going to Bunnings.Us: We are after grass for horses. We need about a tenth of an acre.Lady: Nah sorry, I only bag it in 5kg lots.What's disappointing is there was no effort to try and please the customer. It's not that they physically can not bag a smaller batch, just couldn't be bothered.

Terrible people to deal with. Extremely rude I would not support this business. Went looking for a halter one I liked had no price tag so the gentleman rang the lady who I could hear screaming down the phone swearing that I looked like a cheap c@#t and it would be expensive not cheap. Very very rude staff. I was ready to spend a significant amount of money. Very embarrassing for the gentleman who was trying to help. Stay clear

I was looking for a coat for my Great Dane which we couldn't find elsewhere. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also had a dog coat to suit what I was looking for.

Had some stuff I needed and right next to my bank, would of bought at least 60 klgs of Parrot mix if they carried AGM seeds and more like 80 a week if they were a similar or lower price to others $25 a sack.
