Blair's Tyres

Had a tyre blowout on our caravan on the Hume highway. Called into Narellan store and receive top service, no waiting, replaced the tyre and we were on our way quickly. Very friendly staff as well.

The guys here were amazing. As a women, sometimes going into a mechanics arena can be a bit intimidating, and I have been taken advantage of at other places before, being made to replace additional items when they weren't really required. The guys in here were honest, super respectful and completed my job in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this team. Thanks guys

Will never be going here or inquiring again. 1, I left several messages in regards to a return phone call. 2, when I called the 8th time they had got my car details all wrong so they had to call me back. And when they did they said they will charge $120 hour. And I asked do you have a rough estimate as the mechanic surely knows an eta on jobs been in the business for 30+ years. Said it will take how ever long it takes.!! Rude argent reception bloke. Poor management poor quality staff. Do not go.!!!Call again on another occasion a speaking to a bloke that sounds like you just stole his wife from his, rude and arrogant.!

Very poor experience at Blair’s tires today. Went there to get 4 new tires. Took it home and inspected, to find multiple scratches and chipped varnish on 3/4 wheels. I 100% knew they were done at Blair’s, as I personally serviced my car the night before and those marks weren’t there. Was called a liar and accused of swearing. Manager was aggressive and in my face. Stated he would get 1 wheel fixed, if I paid for the other 2 wheels. Was not happy with this as I just paid $620 for tires. Was told he will give me new wheels to shut me up for a reasonable price, to ensure I don’t bad mouth the business. I will NOT accept their offer. I will go somewhere else to get them fixed. DO NOT want to give them the satisfaction of not being bad mouthed. NOT ON! Unprofessional and disrespectful. Do not recommend this place at all. Spend more money and get it done properly by professional workers. FYI filthy environment. Doesn’t look like the floors in the reception has been cleaned since the 1800’s.

Been going here for 10 years.Went to get a balance done. Told me nuts and thread were all wrong on all wheels.Quoted me over 2k to fix…lolWent to bob jane Campbelltown balance done in an hour and no issues whatsoever $48.Will never go back here again after 10 years and 5 carsThank you bob jane

Terrible customer service, will never go there again. Tried telling me that a wheel alignment issue caused a new tyre to wear in under 2 months. When I challenged the issue they moved on to another excuse as to why it might have happened. How about we agree the tyre was the issue as it had worn evenly and you replace it under warranty.
