Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Large range of bedding. Beds in a range of styles including fabric, leather, contemporary, classic, cast, timber and metal. Mattresses from many major brands including Sealy, Sleepmaker, Sleephaven and ones by A H Beard. Range of manchester including pillows, quilts and quilt covers.

Very Poor Service, lady was really rude and got quite aggressive when we either asked her a question or about price!!! Would never go there. Just poor service

We were helped by Pat when looking to upgrade out bed. Very helpful and friendly service from the start.Great knowledge - was able to tell Pat what we were looking for in a bed and she was able to take us straight to what we wanted. After trying a few different ones out and focusing on the comfort and support, we were able to select what we wanted.Not pushy at all, and not looking to try and sell you the most expensive bed - all about what works for you.Mattress was locally made and delivered a few days before expected which was a bonus.

Bought a utopia mattress for $1400, was told delivery will be in 10 days, its more than 10 business days now and when I call them to inquire about the date of delivery. Spoke to a lady named Ezza, I got scolded and spoken to in an EXTREMELY rude way. She asked me my 1st name and when I gave her, her response was Anyways...." ridiculous

Very helpful staff. Had a bit of a wait for our bedroom furniture but were kept informed the whole way and was delivered without any fuss. Good selection of beds and bedroom furniture.

Maria from Mile End store was fantastic to deal with. She assisted my husband and I to buy our new mattress and ensemble. She was very helpful, kept us informed through the process of construction and deliver. The deliver guys were also great and the bed is amazing! It is like sleeping on a cloud!!

We went to 3 of the bedding shops at mile end, and unfortunately this store was the one with the slowest service. Only my wife and I were in the store and we were happy to browse, but it took a good 5-10 minutes until someone spoke to us. They had some great deals
