Great company!I have used SpicnSpan Constructions for a recent job and I was very pleased with how professional the tradesman was. He arrived on time and made sure clean up after himself.The office staff were also very helpful.I would recommend this company to my friends

Spic n Span were amazing from the moment I contacted them. The tradie who came to my house was very polite and professional. They show genuine pride in their work. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Spice N Span have carried out numerous jobs for my elderly father, through DVA.The tradesmen have been courteous and professional. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Very happy thank you. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

As an NDIS participant I would not recommend. They require payment before work has even started. This is not how the building industry works. Contacted my parents when they couldn't reach me (i was sick so was sleeping) which is total breach of the NDIS code as i never authorised this. Turned up 1 hr late after a 3hr window they had given me expecting to complete the job. I turned them away as I was in the shower getting ready for my physio appointment. Couldn't even be bothered texting or calling me to tell me so. The products that they were going to used were of poor quality too. Were charging $300 for a $189 retractable hose. i wouldn't recommend this company as they only care about riding the NDIS gravy train. It's because of companies like this our NDIS costs has blown out and in the end it's the participants that suffer

There were several electricians who came here to fix something here charged DVA who were very nice. Yesterday, Friday 21/1/2022, a young man came to change our sensor light but unfinished bcuz he did not bring with him the complete set of lights. I insisted just put what you got ( wondering why he has no stock of what supposed to install). Anyway he installed one but promised to come next day ( Saturday, today) at 9:00am . I waited and did not even text if he can’t come so that I can go to my other appointment. Please don’t come back here as i don’t need your service. I observed something, rude? or just difficult to talk with or big head. Good luck to you young man..

This company took my ndis money when I didn’t give them permission to come into my home with out me being home this is Disgusting and will be reporting this to Ndis .and would not refund my money. .Please people on Ndis please don’t use them as they will take your money .

Hope island is a very unique shopping centre. It’s a-place to chill out to sit have a quite coffee With a friend or read a bookLooking over the river It’s not a west fieldBut it has. Shops you can browse throughNot feel rushed. It a Coles super marketPaper shop. Few other food shopsIt’s a pleasant.I live in coomera my son lives at hope islandAnd we go every chance we get about 10 /15 minuets awayIt has some good. RestaurantsThat are good and worth going toand so much to see. There not just shopping
