Hello fresh took me from amateur cook to making gourmet recipes. Because ingredients are pre-prepared and ready to go, and the meals taste so delicious - I actually look forward to cooking. Thank you Hello fresh.

A friend (with a huge appetite) recently received their 1st box of 3 meals and raved about serving size and meals. So, we thought, go for it. Chose our 3 meals (each for 2 serves) and received the box on Friday 16th June. On opening we were shocked at the serving sizes - each box contained 1 small potato, 1 small carrot and a HUGE serve of baby spinach. Prepared our first meal, the steak was very sinewy - not impressed. On Saturday opened the chicken pack - thesmell was not nice - put it straight in the bin - so my husband went to the supermarket and purchased a fresh chicken fillet. Added an extra carrot and potato. Meal was passable. On Sunday we had the pork sirloin - I added another potato and must confess the meal was lovely. After reading a lot of the reviews we obviously missed out on serving sizes. We are not big eaters but each of us could have consumed the total meal supplied on each occasion. On a positive note - I am a reasonable cook but don't use a lot of herbs and spices - we loved the Aussie Spice Blend and Nan's SpecialSeasoning - would love to know if it is possible to buy them from Hello Fresh?? Unfortunately, being Age Pensioners and, of course experiencing the above problems, we can't afford to buy (or risk) any more meals from Hello Fresh.

The fresh ingredients are very fresh and the recipes very easy to follow. Very tasty and enjoyable meals. Apart from missing a couple of ingredients and sending meals I had not ordered. I am mainly vegetarian and I was sent meat meals. I think they are worth the money. The mince is very fatty. That may not be issue for some.

I’m a very satisfied and happy customer of HelloFresh. My wife and I have been receiving frequent delivery’s for some time now. The drivers always follow the delivery instructions and let me know it has been delivered or is being delivered. The quality of the food is extremely high and the packaging is always neat and tidy.While I have experienced a few minor issues with some packed foods, it’s not an ongoing occurrence. When I have messaged HelloFresh about these things they are ALWAYS quick to reply and rectify the issue straight away. That level of customer service is hard to come by and is one of the main reasons we continue with this service along with the convenience that it brings.Thank you HelloFresh for providing a great quality item and service and I look forward to continuing our business for many years to come.

Fresh ingredients, tasty recipes make dinner time cooking a joy. Love the fact that there is always plenty of food. Since getting Hello Fresh enjoy cooking again!

The most appalling customer service I have ever experienced!Packages were left on the bonnet of my car resulting in scratched paint.Called the next day to resolve, spoke to Sheila, she advised a manager would call back. No one didCalled again several days later, was again told a manager would call back. No one didSent an email detailing the situation, no replyCalled again now and spoke to Gian.Completely unhelpful.Was told to update delivery instructions for the driver to not leave packages on bonnet of car. Advised this was completely absurd.Wanted to speak to a manager. Gian was completely unhelpful. I will never use hellofresh!In addition to this, it isn't that fresh.The amount of single use plastic is ridiculous, portion sizes are small and, associated plastic waste is very high in volume with no recycling of cold bags etc.Again! Certainly the worst customer service I have ever experienced!Get in contact to resolve or I will be sure to everyone I know to avoid hello fresh!

I decided to skip the delivery of a box for one week (because I was going to be away) and I was charged anyways, even though I didn't receive any box. Terrible customer service, no one was able to refund me. I was enjoying Hello Fresh recipes but I will be canceling my subscription now as this is unacceptable.

Meals are very tasty and easy to prepare, and only really need to get two or three items (like eggs, oils and butter) for 5 day menu.
