This team is incredibly trustworthy. Marcoola Tyre and Mechanics, have taken care of my vehicle since I moved through to Sunny Coast over 12 months now. It's different from country NSW but just as trustworthy and that speaks volumes for me. From fitting my vehicle with new tyres to a general service and wheel balance. They listen, and know their work. Very trusted team.

GO ELSEWHERE! Especially if you are a woman! Dodgy service and poor communication. Efforts are made to scam rather than fix. Shame. Im glad I took my van elsewhere before I could be charged an insane amount for a misdiagnosed problem.A little effort into reading the other low star reviews reveals all.

I had my car serviced yesterday at Marcoola Tyre & Mechanical, and the charges were very reasonable. The work was completed in a timely manner, and I was consulted about any additional items that needed replacement. Shane and his team are very professional, I would definitely recommend their services. They are also very friendly and make the whole experience as easy as possible. My husband and I have been using this business for the past year, having only recently moved to the Sunny Coast.

Always very helpful and great people to trust with your car. I used the company loan vehicle when needed, they are the best on the Sunshine Coast I have found! Conscious of your budget which is really nice If you. Real genuine people.

Hayden is unfriendly. I felt an instant burden showing up (without an appointment but in desperate need). I had seen other reviews saying that these guys were helpful even when it was last minute. In my case, I felt completely rejected. Hayden initially said he would help me out as I had a belt snap and couldn’t drive anywhere. He grumbled and groaned but at least said they would squeeze me in. I left the keys and walked to a cafe about 30mins walk away to receive a phone call, letting me know my van would be fixed by the afternoon. Soon later I received another phone call saying “actually, get a tow truck and find someone else, we don’t have time for you.” It was confusing to receive opposing phone calls in a short space of time. The service was rude and the communication was inconsistent and confusing. I wouldn’t trust these mechanics at all. They don’t care about anything but money. Clearly the job wasn’t going to make them enough money so they ditched on it even after saying yes. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve never left a 1 star rating for anyone but for these I would leave a zero if it were an option. Don’t waste your time here.

Awesome service from guys at MTM. Super quick at ordering tyres and getting them fitted. Really competitive price and all round great fellas! Highly recommend.
