Hollywood Nails

I have been here twice and both times it was awful. First time I went, I just had a basic acrylic, plain polished, nothing too fancy. The staff were rude and the whole process felt very rushed and sloppy. Nails were uneven and lumpy. No cuticle oil either.The second time I took a friend with me and she just wanted a manicure on her natural nails. They butchered her, made her bleed and she paid a lot for what is really something she could have easily done better herself.I asked for acrylics and said I wanted a design. The woman didn't ask me what I wanted, she just decided her own design and the whole time the two nail techs were talking to each other in their own language, ignoring us. They were rough and rushing - again, no cuticle oil and very expensive. The station was unclean and some of the tools looked like they hadn't been cleaned either.Disgusting place, I won't go back and warn everyone to stay away.

Went and got my nails done with a friend they're customer service was shocking ! They were so rude and also done a bad job nails are uneven and crocked plus took over a hour because they were jumping to different customers and made you wait everything they finished one part was not a good experience WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

I never write reviews, but I was so unhappy with the service I got here. The nail technician was rude and I had to wait 2 hours for an acrylic nail service which they didn’t even say I’d have to wait so long for. There were also ants crawling around. I’ve never been so disappointed with going to get my nails done. Such a waste of time

Sent my partner and our daughter to get their nails done. For the price I thought they'd be amazing but both ladies were so upset with them and although I think they look nice I'm a male and have no idea..way overpriced for results..will definitely never recommend to anyone

Absolutely shocking!! They made my nails look crooked and stumpy and way over prized for how they turned out. I will not be coming back

I have never experienced this rudeness at a nail salon, the older lady should he ashamed of herself. And to top it of one tip was glued crooked and i wanted them longer which I did not get.

I never write reviews however in this case I felt it was necessary. I was Very unhappy with the service provided. My nail tech was rude to me and got very aggressive and defensive when I told her I was not happy. I showed a picture and the end result was nothing like the ones I wanted. I had ended up having to fix them right in front of her myself and they still didn’t turn out nice as they were already all different shapes and sizes. They were not willing to offer a dis satisfied customer any compensation for this. Would 100% not recommend. Walked away very unhappy.

Seemed inexperienced, they didn't soak my acrylics off and instead cracked them off with a palette knife. It hurt a lot.The only reason I didn't get up and walk out immediately was due to the sheer lack of other salons in Albany. Two stars because they got the job done I guess.

Always fast and no appointments necessary which is convenient.However, did make me bleed. Didn't sterilise the equipment after doing so.
