Extremely poor customer service there was one lady who was busy on her self unapproachable, unprofessional very bad customer service experience highly not recommended don’t waste your time guys there are some other good stores .

110% Premium quality wool, I swear it's hard to find really good quality wool without getting fake stuff these days. Really friendly service, big range of ugg boots and wool carpets. I think I'll have to get a rug for my partner for Christmas. Thanks guys!

I purchased a pair of EMU Australia boots in May 2023. After wearing them a few times the seams came loose. I rang the store and they requested I send photos of the boots and receipt, I did so and they responded quickly to my message saying they would post another pair. I have received my new pair the morning after I called. Amazing service. Its the only store I have bought UGG boots from over the last 13 years and will continue to do so. Very happy.
