There was an old lady working here. (Saturday 8/06/2019) i got there 4pm, (they closed at 5pm) lady was blow drying her last customer and refused to take another customer. Never seen a blow wave take 1 hour. I just think she was lazy and couldn't be stuffed. Doubt she was the owner......very damaging person for business. If anyone knows of a good hair place around mentone with friendly staff please let me know. I rather give my business to nice people. I will never use this mob again. Stay away people.

Have had some good experiences here but last one was a disaster. Butchered my hair and couldn't follow simple instructions. It took me over 6 months to grow my hair to the length i wanted and went in for a trim. She managed to cut about 2.5 inches off when she was supposed to cut about 1 to 2 cm. Make sure you check your hair carefully before you leave and speak up if you are not happy.

They did an absolutely amazing job. The hair dresser that did my hair (strat) took me In short notice, after I had messed up my hair with bleach and she totally transformed my hair. She was super friendly and the overall vibe was great. I couldn’t be more happy with the result . Here are some pictures of the before and after.

Went in asking for natural highlights to brighten my hair, walked away looking like streaky bacon with thick strips of bleach blonde among my naturally dark blonde hair, not blended at all. So disappointed, and I'll need to go and pay another salon to fix it....
