New salon is beautiful! As always, friendly, professional, efficient and top notch service! Been going to Hair 2 Love for a couple of years now and simply won't go anywhere else for a haircut. 5 stars!

Went today for the first time and was so happy with my colour and cut from Dorie. It's always hard trying a new stylist for the first time but I had nothing to worry about. Watching other staff cutting and curling was great to see professional people at work and great results. Will be back for sure.

Disappointed with my hair cut. The hairdresser didn't have good time management. During the cut, she left a few times and of course it didn't have enough time to finish when next one come. And gave me a quick end. My fringe now looks weird and hair is not same long. I will not go back again!

I met Vivian 4 years ago, she is been colour my hair cutting my hair the way i wanted, amazing result from her, also decent prices as well not over charge. i will continues let you cut my hair vivan. thank you :)

Really disappointed with the service even though this salon is recommended by a close friend. I had a booking at 11.30am but waited for half an hour before a cut. A hairdresser need to deal with four customers at same time. Gave me the worst haircut I have ever had for last 10 years! The hair was cut too short and thick. I do believe I can cut better fringe. I don't mind pay more for a good haircut but this one doesn't worth it, even though the shop looks new and clean.After above review has been made online, staff called me and refund straightaway even I didn't ask for it. Refund can be processed because my mobile number is linked to a pay ID, not because I provide my bank details to receive a refund. Most customers are willing to pay for a good-quality service instead of receiving a refund for a poor service. Probably use the refund buying a wig and wear the wig for whole xmas :)

Just tried this salon once and loved it!!! Stylist Jada is excellent and really professional, the result is totally beyond my expectations, finally I can stop searching for a reliable stylist for my hair!!Highly recommend this salon and special thanks to Jada who made my hair looks GREAT!!

I got my hair cut from Vivian today at Burwood. She was absolutely fantastic. She gave suggestions, was attentive, and took her time to make sure the cut looked great. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut in the area
