I go here specifically for the Wagyu beef, the best around. Love the beef cheeks and short ribs. I always get a least 1 rack of pork ribs ( hickory barbecue) Lamb is always good. The pre-made items are always handy for a quick meal. I'm someone who is willing to pay for quality, the quality of the meat far outweighs the price. Well done guys don't know how you do it.

Take away cooked sausage rolls in there heat section discussing? 2 bites and through it .. a quick grab whilst shopping back to brumby bakery for better products other selection of meat pretty good. Don’t sell heated products you are no good at it.

By far the best butcher on the Gold Coast the staff are great and the quality of the meat is amazing the dry aged steak was literally the best steak I have had … keep up the good work guys

The meat from here is fantastic you really can taste the difference. It’s also well priced which is great which means I no longer buy meat from coles, Aldi or Woolworths.Keep the quality and the prices good and you’ve got my business!

As helpful salespersons, they love their products and so will you. Their pies & sausage rolls are a favourite amongst my crew. Golden brown flakes of pastry cooked to perfection, only barely falls apart in your hands, so you can actually eat it without dropping half of it on your clothes or the floor.

I bought a Sausage Roll there yesterday.Really disappointed as it had lots of gristle in it! Was really surprised as they have lovely meat. The meat was really course .Could not eat it all.

Amazing produce, the best chicken wings in town. I love their steaks too, seasoned with the perfect amount of seasoning and decent size for the price you pay. Also the staff are always friendly and helpful

I can only state last year for Christmas I ordered a free range Turkey and Ham from these guys. Both fabulous! I will be ordering again this year from them. I have tried other butchers over the past 10 years and since Jack Sprats have gone wholesale only, I cannot find better....top dollar (as all free range birds are) but we'll worth as I have ordered through other 'gourmet butchers' before and ended up paying for 20% water that had been injected into the bird.

Great local butcher.Prices are comparable to the supermarkets and meat quality is really good.Their fat pork sausages are great smoked in a timber or charcoal barbecue and they have a large range of products to choose from. They also have some cooked products like roasted chicken and sausage rolls.Compare prices and quality with the supermarkets and consider supporting this local business over the big companies.
