Great bank but very frustrated with the long queue only one teller and one staff member walking up and down the queue trying to cheer everyone one up, lovely guy but the more cheerful he was the more frustrated the rest of us got. Why wasn't he on telling doubling the service efficiency, everyone saw it and I suspect the lovely staff, but I .the scheme of things very minor mismanagement, compared to the dip off big 4

Constantly shocking service.I had to wait 15 mins in line for the teller only to be told to go to the green table and wait longer for someone to come out from their hiding hole around the corner.Such bad service for having one staff member on and all the others in the background ignoring the long lines.

Extremely poor customer service. Lady on the counter would consistenly roll her eyes along with deep sighs when asked a question.I hoped she would understand that I had no experience in going to the bank and that, that was my first time.The lady really made my day worse than it already was...Please just be more cooperative.
