Aviv Clarke - Infant&child sleep consultant

I was struggling so much with my sons sleep for 9 months. He was up 5+ times a night, would only nap for 30 minutes, often co slept and needed to be put to sleep. Since working with Aviv he now sleeps through the night in his own room, puts himself to sleep, his nap are much longer and he’s overall just a happier baby. I will never be able to thank Aviv enough, if it wasn’t for her support and techniques I would still be in the continuous draining sleep deprived cycle! Is easily one of the best things I’ve ever done.

Aviv worked with me and my baby closely over many weeks as she helped us learn effective sleep skills. The method she uses is responsive to the baby and doesn't involve crying it out" in order to adjust sleep. She checked in with us very regularly to check our progress and provide encouragement
