The store Manager, Mike was excellent. He spent a lot of time to understand my needs and tried to find the right sized bike for me...he nearly spent an hour and was very understanding....hands down the best experience I have had so far at any store....

Guy is a very knowledgeable and skilled worker and manager. He built a bike up for me in 2022 and was able to look ahead for any potential issues and adjustments. Able to explain technical points in easy to understand language. Fairly realistic view of lay person cycling needs. Does not market products unnecessarily and encourages customers to return ongoing for maintenance etc as they know they'll be in good hands.

Guy, Taro (hopefully correct spelling) and team very knowledgeable and helpful. Brought in my Trek mountain bike to adjust brakes and gears, which was done very well. They didn't push sales but provided the advice needed. Highly recommended.

Guy was brilliant. He has a great passion for Campagnolo which was reflected in my dealings with him. He was quick to diagnose the problem and quick to solve it once I had purchased my new wheels. Have had my bike serviced at Turramurra/Trek for the past 10 yrs and will continue to do so.

Charlie was great from my initial inquiry over the phone, through to the discussion when I brought the bike in, very transparent about what the process would be and the costs as well as clear explanations about why they had done what they did to my bike. I can't recommend them highly enough for their customer service, attention to detail, knowledge, and advice and just being really nice people to deal with - one of the key reasons we should all be supporting our local bike shops.

Mark was exceptional. Went above and beyond to help pick the right bike and helmet for my sons birthday, ordered helmets in and kept me up to date with progress of the order. After hours emails to keep me in the loop. So helpful and knowledge. Best customer service I have received in years. So refreshing after I walked into bike worx in Erina where I walked out due to the lack of help and disinterest from the staff member there. Not sure if he wasn’t interested in the sale because I wasn’t buying a a top of the line bike, but i did need feel welcome or worthy of being the shop by the gentleman who served me. Well done Turramurra Cyclery, you have a customer for life, once again thanks Mark for all your help. It was most appreciated and keep up the great service.

The store replaced a wheel for me under warranty. The turnaround time was unreal, I hardly had any time off the bike. Super happy with the quick & efficient service. Thanks guys!

Poor experience! The woman that assisted me when I first entered the store was quite impatient and didn't let me finish explaining the problem with my bike. When the problem was diagnosed (the hub body was apparently broken), instead of fixing it they suggested replacing the whole wheel for $400! That was over half the price I paid for my bike so I decided to leave (with my back wheel in pieces because they wanted to charge another $70 to put it back together!) I found a replacement wheel on Facebook for less than half the price and it's been working perfectly for me, don't waste your time here!

Thank you Trek Turramurra. My new bike needed some adjustments but I needed it within 2 days as I’d entered the Snowy Classic. A friendly greeting when I walked in and my bike was placed carefully in a stand. I was listened to and told that the bike would be fixed in time for my upcoming trip to the Snowies. I received a text first thing the next day- it was ready! And it was. A great relief. When I picked it up the mechanic who performed the service explained what was done. I even got a tour of the impressive new workshop area. Very satisfied. Steven
