Basilico Restaurant
The restaurant service was fantastic, friendly and very polite. Food was served nice and quick. The pizza was topped generously. The problem was everything tasted bland! Appeared fresh enough, however really lacked flavour across the Parma, pizza and the sauce served with the muscles. We didn’t have a cold or anything, just lacked any punch. Parma could’ve been served with more veggies. Nice venue, but average quality food in my experience.

Have dined a few times at their new location now and I must say everything is pretty spot on. Beautiful and stunning new restaurant. They’re homemade pastas and pizza, you just can’t fault honestly. Nice wine list, oh and those desserts… amazing!Staff are very friendly and are so good at pairing wine with food you order.My new favourite local.

Was expecting authentic wood fired pizza but was greeted with pub level pizza. Ordered the Margherita which came out covered in shredded mozzarella and not a single basil leaf in sight.

Basilico Restaurant
Tried this restaurant for the first time last night for a birthday dinner. Food and drinks were loved by all, catering to two different dietary requirements as well, and service was fast and friendly. Our waiter Riley was extremely kind and knowledgeable and delivered a birthday surprise dessert to our table. Loved the modern Italian decor too. Nothing to fault with plenty of parking on the street or rear/end of the shops. Glad this restaurant was suggested by the bday girl! And thanks Basilico!!

Always a great feed and time at Basilico. Have been eating here since they first opened their doors in Glen Waverley. Some of the best pasta dishes to be eaten.... and wine to be drank. Staff are such a pleasure and always super friendly & attentive. Thank you always guys.

Great pizza, fresh ingredients and a lot of flavour. Lamb Shank was so delicious and my partner had the Gnocchi which he loved.Good dessert selection to be honest and staff were so nice. Very friendly and happy to serve us. They even shouted us a free liquor shot.Thanks team

Absolutely AMAZING food, vibe and service.Would highly recommend for Italian food, the serving sizes were perfect. Lots of toppings and high quality ingredients in the pizza and beef ragu.Was messaging our friends while eating dinner to come and try this place. Cannot wait to come back.

Amazing Italian food! Loved the decorations & photos on the walls. We ordered three dishes, and our food came very quickly. They make fantastic wood-fire pizza with generous amounts of toppings on top! Perfect for sharing with friends.The salt & pepper calamari was fresh, crunchy, and, delicious, with nice chips & refreshing salad on the side.We also tried their chicken & avocado risotto, which was creamy and rich.The overall price was okay, good service and vibes. Make sure to make reservations during weekends.

Great Variety of food with heaps of vegetarian, vegan and meat meals, good range of drinks and starters, service is quick. Staff are freindly and the seating is spacious and comfortable. Food tastes amazing! Tables and chairs and clean and hygienic
