WOW! Asked my daughter to pick something up for me, not being sure exactly what I was after, she called me a couple of times. Kim then got on phone, talked with me & provided advice. Professionalism & customer service at it's best. What an asset.

This store is a scam and the stuff there is very overpriced, be aware , I should have checked the reviews here before shopping there , anyway I won’t be back , no more next time

Awesome service and wide range of healthy products

Hi Everyone,I visited this place today, actually just a while back. I was looking for Creatine monohydrate. The guy in the store helped me to find which aisle has all the Creatine. He showed me three brands they have. I asked him if they sell the brand Transparent Labs" and his reply was "err we don't sell those bad stuff". I laughed so hard ( inside ) and realised this guy has no clue what his talking about and should never listen to his advice or any of his recommendations. I understand he is trying to sell what he has in the store but he clearly doesn't know anything about what he sells. I don't think he is even qualified to be selling nutritional products to people. I left the shop without buying anything obviously. Go in if you know what you want. Don't even listen to the jacked up dude who thinks he knows what he's selling."

Extremely poor customer service. Two girls standing at the counter were more interested in eating food and chatting rather than assisting potential customers. My money will be spent elsewhere.

Such a great little store. The staff here have a wealth of knowledge and will get you what you want foe the results you desire without upselling you unwanted things

One of the best health food/ supplement stores in Sydney! Huge variety, lots of specialty items. Even a full range of organic makeup, fitness meals and clothing.

Would really have appreciated some genuine service. Went in recently and I can understand if someone’s busy or if the place is understaffed but no one was in store, staff standing behind counter, I’ve just begun a new health and fitness routine and wanted some guidance and once I approached the staff member with a selection after no assistance or even a hello, she acted like I was a bit of a bother and that my question was stupid....She remained reluctant to offer real advice or provide similar or more suitable options, or maybe she would have done so should she have bothered to acknowledge me and ask me anything.
