Great all round. Customer service from point of entry to payment was great. The new facility is run really well.

I recommend this place if you enjoy being criticised and belittled, Warwick and the team make you feel welcome by calling you names over their radios. On hot days, like the day I was there, they allow you to bake in their sauna they call reception, obviously a successful company that can’t afford A/C. They’re a modern company taking cash and savings/cheque eftpos only. They’re all well-educated, which is why they haven’t thought of getting a second merchant account to take credit cards or simply put up a sign so customers don’t waste their time.If Sims was named after Warwick and the team it must be short for Simpletons.If you want to be treated with respect that any paying customer deserves, I suggest you seek out an alternative weighbridge – there are plenty within a 10 minute drive.
