The Cupcake Desire

I cannot recommend The Cupcake Desire enough! We ordered custom cupcakes through them and our contact Abi was so lovely to deal with. Everything was done super meticulously from the initial consult up until delivery. The cupcakes itself were also delicious too. Super genuine and incredible customer service - thanks so much!

This is a late review but as the owner said 'It's never too late for a geniune feedback'Abi was extremely accommodating. Although the cake that I ordered was not as how we expected it to be. It was not a molten cake and did not have any ganache inside. We sent them some proof and videos. Shop took responsibility and then offered courtesy cupcakes for the negligence. We wanted it to be served to the same guests who expected the molten cake, unfortunately, it did not arrive and Abi became unresponsive. It is understandable though because we requested if it could be moved to another date due to the lockdown that happened in February but that was probably too much to ask for those were only offered on behalf of the missed ganache from my previous Molten cake. Hopefully, this doesn't happen again for those interested in the molten cake. Thank you

Fantastic service. Ordered as a last minute thought at 10.30am and was delivered during Covid lockdown by 1pm as promised. Reasonable delivery fee of $5. Fast prompt over the phone service. Paid for and receipt texted as we were talking. So good for those like me that leave things to the last minute. Thankyou Abi :)

I cannot recommend Cupcake Desire enough. I live in NSW so I dealt with Abi 100% over the phone. I can honestly say I received the best service I have ever received for any online or in-store cake/food order. Abi went above and beyond to explain everything that he would include on the cake and even giving me honest recommendations to ensure it looked amazing. I did want an addition on the cake and asked Abi for his opinion and he was so honest. He told me the cake would look better without the addition, even though the addition would have made him extra money.Abi was also kind enough to send me a photo of the cake I had ordered before it was delivered. I absolutely loved it and it was everything I wanted.On the day of the delivery, the recipient of the cake was very impressed with Abi and his team. They were very professional and friendly.Abi, I was told the cake was delicious. Unfortunately I didn't get to try it but I cannot express how happy I was with the service I received. I will definitely be ordering through you again and I highly recommend Cupcake Desire to everyone looking for a great cake/cupcake with excellent service.

Abi was incredible from the first moment. I gave my order a month in advance for an assortment of 12 cupcakes for my husbands birthday. The cupcakes arrived early in the day and were immaculately presented. I didn't need to follow up or send any reminders. The entire experience was very easy. Thank you so much Abi!

Abi was an absolute delight to deal with. I called a few weeks ago for a large corporate order quote, he was happy to assist and fit the cupcakes and cake to our theme. We had to make a few changes and Abi was so accommodating! He delivered our order himself this morning and was lovely to meet In person. Both the cake and cupcakes were amazing and everyone really enjoyed them!

I ordered for eggless cupcakes at 10 am and had them delivered to my residence at 12noon (as I needed them urgently, one of those last minute things). The order was exceptionally well done and right on time and the cupcakes were tasty! So happy to have talked to Abi, who was very efficient and polite.
