Shine MyCar

Paid $89 to include full interior and vacuum and can say it was definitely not worth the money or time (it took them 4 and a half hours). Looked like they didn’t even wipe the dashboard, dust and marks everywhere still, no attention to detail. They also didn’t clip the mats back in which slid forward while I was driving. Then they tried to charge me an extra $10 for “lots of bugs” with no text during the service to let me know. Wouldn’t go back again

What an amazing job. Very, very happy and impressed. We did the ultimate package and did pay extra for the dog hair removal but was worth it as it feels like a brand new car!

Interior detail and shampoo $200.Used as they were local.Not impressed, would not use or recommend.2.3/5.0 on Facebook and have now disabled reviews.Vacuumed okay.Didn't wipe down most surfaces, but left streaks everywhere else they did wipe.Didn’t clean windows.Stained all the back seat with what appears overuse of chemicals.Manager refused to speak or call me, would only speak via staff.They offered, and I accepted them a second chance to complete the job as described. When receiving vehicle second time, stains only partially removed, and more stains added throughout. Windows and surfaces still not cleaned.Manager wanted me to let them have the car for a third time, I asked for partial refund to pay someone else to correct their unfinished work for the shampoo.Their response, “We don’t do refunds.”Will have recoup via other means as failed to receive services promised, and damage done.

We have been coming here for a number of years and the team at Shine MyCar always do a great job. No matter how big or small the job is you can always expect the car to be immaculate.Highly recommend.

I have now had my car done twice here first time full detail cost $300 and had to take it back as there was alot of things not cleaned. The second time was just an inside and outside clean and polish $100 which i was charged $100.80. After driving home I noticed lots of streak marks which I ran my car detailing towel over and the towel was very dirty after i wiped the car down. Will not be using this place again. The towel had dark dirt on it which is not just from excess water, its from not being washed of properly. Windows also had streaks.
