Life In Ink

My order was not as described and was poorly made and sent from India.It was a first bad experience especially as they advertised made in Australia which was one of the reasons why I purchased it.After contacting Life in Ink, they arranged a replacement , within a few weeks, which was what I initially ordered.

Ordered a couple of prints and am very happy. Impressed with the quality of both the prints and the framing! It looks great and is easy to hang. The turnaround time is fast and delivery is prompt. Glad to have supported a business that is Australian owned and operated.

Buyer beware!I ordered 2 A0 sized framed prints from this company spending almost $600. Firstly I was sent the wrong print completely, the company advised they would resend the correct print for me to frame myself.. I received the print and this time it was the correct picture however it was completely different colourings and blurry. The company then said they would fix and resend the print again, yesterday I received the print and it is exactly the same as the faulty one I received originally. I contacted the company and they are now basically saying too bad. . I understand there can be colour differences on monitors however The print I purchased was clearly pink and aqua (2 colours) and the one I received is brown and blurry?!Their response is:As stated on our website – ‘all products shown in photos are for illustration purposes only. Actual products sometimes may differ due to product enhancement.’Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the items reflected on our site will be a true representation of the actual product as things such as the monitor you are viewing the product on and enhancements made to our online store photos may contribute to these factors.

I have ordered multiple prints from life in Ink and am so happy with not only the quality of the prints but also the great service.I always get comments on my prints in the house.Highly recommend.
