here in the 21st century we have a place that literally closes down between 1 and 1.30 for lunch and therefore service is unavailable. I wasn't aware that I was stuck in far north Queensland in 1965 but apparently I am. Not like they are a big company or anything so why would I expect service during regular business hours? What was I thinking?

Gotta agree with Steven Segal, service should be available all day, i was made to wait until lunch came back before any service and my time isnt cheap. In saying that, great people, great service and large option of glass... just need to change that stupid lunch time shut down thing and you'd have 5 stars...
