Practical Homes - New Home Builder South West Sydney

Practical homes has built 2 houses for me and 1 house for my friend in Austral finished in June 2020. I leave review now just I want to see the quality 3 month after completion.I had bad experiences in building homes with other companies so I was very cautious about the building work.Now I want to give a thumb up to this company, I am so satisfied about the 3 two-story buildings they built. The quality and finishes are exactly as the plan and its beyond my expectation. There is no issue three month after competion. They even paid to make some alterations that I requested and its out of their job.This is a compay with efficiency and responsiblity, the whole process is in good pace and we didnt even go to visit but their work is thustworthy and its a peace of mind for me.I am glad that I made the right choice that we have chosen such a great company.We spent the most competitive price in the market and had a great quality building, I think only Practical homes can made it possible. We are so glad that on that Sunday we went to the Office to see Frank and put on the deposit on our new House. We love every single thing of It.From the start everything was easy going. Office team is great and then when the constraction started everything went as planed.I Will recomend Practical homes100% and if I have a chance to buid again I will choose them again.

Fantastic! I cannot rave about this company enough. From the admin team to site work and the build, they have been exceptional. This was my first home and I decided to go all in and build which I knew would be a huge and daunting task. Practical Homes made the entire experience so seamless and took all the stress out of building. I absolutely cannot fault them. Every single person I dealt with was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the communication. Always regular updates and any questions I had were responded to promptly. I loved being able to go out to the different companies to choose and customise every aspect of my house. The partner companies that they use for flooring, electrical, kitchen etc. are equally as professional and all fittings and inclusions have been of the highest quality. I love my new home and would highly recommend them to anyone for a really stress free, quality build.

A huge thank you to the whole team at Practical Homes for helping me with my dream home. The attention to detail and comfort in the design of the homes are what make them really 'practical'. There was nothing left behind - the plumbing, flooring and everything else was impeccable. Building a home throughout a pandemic was a struggle nation wide, however Practical Homes were always really responsive and were always actively pushing towards the construction timelines. THANK YOU to Ed and Natalie who were in charge of our handover and made it all very easy to understand. I will definitely have Practical Homes as my builder in future projects.

The build time was also quicker than expected. Ed happily goes above and beyond what is expected of him. He is extremely professional and always friendly answering our many questions we had and keeping us updated over the entire process. Great quality build and the staff and supervisors were a pleasure to deal with. Very polite, friendly and knowledgeable people and made you feel comfortable with every step of the building process. Kept you in the loop every step of the way. Couldn’t be happier with the result and cannot recommend them enough.

i will say without any doubt, Practical home is the best of the best builders in the market in this new housing booming season. i am living in my dream house for 6 months, from day 1 till today i experienced wonderful response and excellent service from them. i had positive vibe as soon as i enter their display house. and then the journey begun. everyone at the office is so nice and they go beyond their limit to satisfy clients and care about maintaining the relation.the build quality is A1 outstanding. i compare my house with few friends new house, i release the INSULATION they provide are the best quality. roof insulation and wall insulations are better then others, they provide what they say. house stay much more worm then others.all fittings including wet area are perfect. i would say they have highly experienced groups of workers who make the house structure and install all fittings perfectly. i know handyman jobs and i am so happy experiencing the quality of products and the perfection of work was done by practical home. overall i will say at the current market practical home have the best experienced workers who will build your house, and best team at their office who will deal all the paperwork, council matters, plan, adjustments, changes smoothly, timely manner that you wouldn't find any stress of building your new house. they value your emotions, time, affordability and needs to the most. I made the perfect decision we are so happy with practical homes
