EDIT – Given the owner has completely fabricated the story of my visit! I DID NOT come in with a child, as I do not have children – I was by MYSELF. I have had eyelash extensions multiple times and have NEVER had this problem. The lies to cover up a terrible job is ridiculous and from the reviews below I am not the only person who has had their eyes glued together! Absolutely appalling!I bought a groupon voucher for a full set of classic eyelash extensions, which at other salons is exactly that - a FULL set even if paid for with a voucher. Just because you have discounted your service on Groupon doesn’t mean you only provide a HALF service.The ‘technician’ spent roughly 30 minutes applying the lashes and when finished i tried to open my eyes but they had been glued shut (top and bottom lashes). The lashes were sticking in different directions on one eye and were only applied to roughly the middle third of my lash line instead of a full set which should cover the entire lash line. I also had the tips of the lashes that should have been glued to my Lashes actually stuck to my tight line and rubbing against my eyeball. They fell out the same night and I have lost a huge chunk of lashes on one eye.I suggest having your technician retrained or take down the eyelash extension voucher as the photo the girl showed me in the salon is 110% not the result of the service provided.

Very bad experience got lash extensions, they were heavily glued onto skin on my eyelids very fake hard extreme black lashes. Felt like knives and all one length. 3 hours later my eyes hurt so tight with glue. I got no aftercare advice. The lashes came out and took all my natural lashes. I am left with red sore weeping eyes. It's been a nightmare. I talked to owner she took no responsibility, I offered to come in to show her my eyes. It was Saturday and she said she was too busy!

WORST EXPERIENCEI don’t normally write bad reviews but I feel I have no other option. I had eye lash extensions and a hair cut and both were of poor quality, and I left very unhappy and upset. I don’t think the beautician/hair dresser was actually qualified. I have written many emails, messages on messenger, phone messages to discuss this but after 3 weeks I still have not heard a response from the owner or manager. I have never come across such bad customer service where they simply do not care! The best I can do is warn others from not coming here. Do not read the ‘positive’ reviews on here they are not from real customers.

SO lovely!!! Rose is very kind, considerate and does quality work. She cares about making sure you’re happy and takes her time to do a good job :) I got a pedicure and eyebrow threading. Super happy with the service and will definitely come back! This is a wonderful local business :)

Rose was so welcoming and friendly! She managed to book me and a friend in last minute. We got a pedicure and our eyebrows done. So happy with her services. Definitely recommend and we will come back.

Worst experience I've ever had. I wanted a simple eyelash extension, the owner/only worker in store, had no clue what she was doing, she was using cheap eyelashes from RED DOT as i seen the price tag! She glued both top eyelashes to my lower eyelashes, i couldn't open them for 15 minuets whilst she was trying to separate. I was in excruciating pain for over 3 hours because of how much glue she had just put straight into my eyes (i couldn't drive home i had to call family) i had to go to the doctors next day and be given eye drops because she had damaged my cornier. I asked to see her certificate in beauty, she refused.

Bought a shellac pedicure together with my friend and had the worst service from the staff. Received a very poor job from her- did not remove my previous nail color properly and painted the new color over it, filed through my skin and made the most sacastic remark to my friend when she had accidentally dipped her leg in the basin if she had ever done shellac before. I have never experienced so much rolling of eyes from her and she even heaved a sigh of relief out loud after painting our nails. Very unprofessional behaviour from her and I am truly disappointed in the service.

I don’t like to post negative reviews but sadly I just had to with this one! I purchased a scoopon for a shellac manicure. I was so looking forward to having nice nails for my holiday however when I arrived there was no record of my booking. The nail technician said she could squeeze me in.My nails were cut and filed in a very rushed way leaving them jagged and catching on my clothes afterwards. There was not a large range of colours to choose from and I was in and out within 20 minutes. I was so upset I drove straight to another nail salon and had the shellac removed immediately then spent 20 minutes at home fixing my nails.The nail technician was a sweet woman however I don’t recommend here for nails.

I used a groupon for eyebrow threading and tint. The attention to detail was wonderful and the least painful experience I have had. It was also really nice not being constantly being asked if I wanted extras to boost sales. Over all a wonderful little hidden gem, would definitely recommend and definitely going back.
