This morning I had phoned this vet surgery on 10 occasions after opening hrs left messages to PLEASE return my call as my dog was very unwell and having convulsions, 5hrs later never a returned call nothing.Very unprofessional wouldn't waste your time calling them as they obviously do not care for your loved pets.

Was told that I would receive a free microchip replacement because it fell out when this vet put it in the first time, was charged again then told my dog was a different species to what it is. (Even though the litter first came through this clinic) The vet then changed the paperwork on my behalf without me knowing and has written the incorrect species for the microchip details. I even told them in the clinic exactly what species.Will not be returning to this vet.

Had your horse booked in the vet to look at but on the morning of the appointment they don't care to turn up or give your a call so that we could find a better veterinary service for your horse very poor service not happy at all .

This practice has been amazing with the ongoing and regular treatment.Very patient with my over dramatic husky X malamute every fortnight.When Ive had to bring my cats in same treatment.They have done everything they can do to help keep the price down.I'm very grateful for the above and beyond on treatment.

Awesome and friendly staff, we were put in contact with them from an injured wildlife hotline and the service was fast and friendly.The surgery smelled like a clean veterinary clinic (no weird or over powering smells or the overpowering smell of detergent or disinfectant). Highly recommend them if you need a vet in the area.
