I ordered lines from them twice on different occasions recently. Both times the packaging and sending of orders were delayed by days, when they state orders are made to ship by 24 hrs after order. First time they arrived about 3 weeks late (when supposed to be 5 days). Second time I even paid express shipping (apparently 2 days) and had to email them one week later before the item was dispatched (I could track its transit and dispatch). I sent them an email in regards to their service and tracking number (as I had not received it almost one week later) and did not hear back from them even still today no response. Very poor and disappointing customer service from such brand, particularly when based locally in Aus. Definitely not dealing with these guys again. Wouldn't recommend unless you have planned to received these items some weeks down the track or in no rush at all.

This company is completely unprofessional, this is my experience so far:- Made up the wrong style lines despite my order- Put the wrong connection on them instead of calling me and asking when they had a question with the order- They charged me postage for MY return self addressed express envelope- On the second attempt of me sending lines to them they said that while the lines were incorrectly made the first time it was MY fault, I agreed to pay for the new lines at a discounted price as they had my old lines and I wanted to stop having to deal with them but they said they would cover postage because of their previous mistake.- THEN they charged me postage AGAIN!!!!10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND, either find someone else or measure and order online from the HEL international stores and save yourself any problems

Dropped by to get a custom braided brake line and the guys measured up that afternoon making it ready for pick up the very next morning. Awesome.

Purchased oil cooler kit on the website. Wasn't in stock in Australia so they shipped it from the UK but I wasn't informed until I asked for an update a week later.Unless stated 'direct fit' on the product page apparently these oil cooler kits are a bare-bone collection of parts where you have to assemble the hoses and buy mounting hardware yourself.They're not even tested at all so the fittings were too large to fit at the sandwich plate (370z). Had to buy my own fittings. Otherwise the components are nicely made. Competitions' pre-made direct fit kits are cheaper or at least competitively priced too with everything needed so it wasn't worth it other than to learn how to assemble my own AN lines.

This is my second set of HEL Performance lines, first being my FD RX7 and now my Hilux.These guys are brilliant. Exceptional quality and very fast turn around. Recieved at my door 2 days later after placing order.Support Australian Manufacturing guys, your customer experience will be a lot better and your supporting fellow Aussies.Thanks to the guys at HEL. Keep up the good work.

Roger is an absolute legend! He helped me on the phone twice and was more than helpful, insightful and knowledgeable. I have no problems in referring Hel Performance Australia, hard to find great help these days. Cannot recommend high enough, thanks Roger.

I recently had the pleasure of using HEL Performance for an extended brake line to fit a radial master cylinder to my BMW. I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their service. Not only were they reasonably priced, but the turn around time was incredibly fast. The quality of the product was top-notch and exceeded my expectations. Excellent service, quality and value!
