Top team at this place, had some lights appear on my dash on our way to Napier for business, they were really busy and managed to squeeze us in on the spot, they took our car over night and had it ready the next day and even picked us up from town. Thanks to Geoff and his team, they were honest and had fantastic communication, many thanks from saving us from a potential disaster(Being stuck in Napier) we got home safely and car runs great! Highly recommended!

Higly recommended!!!We came from Auckland for a weekend trip. On the way to Napier loud banging metal noise was coming from the tires. Called the shop at 4:50pm on Friday and lovely lady told us they are closing for the day and that they are fully booked on Saturday. Explained our situation and she booked us in next day. When we came, AMAZING Geoff took our car, gave us replacement car and said to go and enjoy Art Deco Festival. After just a couple of hours he texted that our car is ready.Friendly, quick and affordable car repair service. Thank you so much! You made our trip even more amazing!

Great service, friendly staff

Overall I will not be returning when you send your car to a mechanic the expectation is that it comes back how it was given. Not with the engine mount still in the boot of the car! SHOCKING Customer Service it was as if they did not want to deal with me and couldnt be transparent about what was going on ...All about the quick buck

My vechile sustained severe left front suspension damage after it mounted a traffic island and took out a signpost.That happen a month after it had been taken illegally taken from outside my place several hundred kilometers from Napier. I went to Napier and had it towed to Auto Shop Onekawa. Explaining to Jeff the owner what happened and that i had no insurance he said he would price it with new and secondhand parts which took a little time as its a model thats not that common in N Z. He managed to source mainly secondhand parts at great prices and put it back together. It had always driven well and was a tight car prior to the accident. After being repaired new tyres and a wheel alignment it has never driven better. I thank Jeff and his workshop crew for a job well done also thanks to Robyn in the office who kept me updated throughout the whole process
